Regardless of whether staff is rude or not, they are knowledgeable and try getting you the best price. They save you big over homw depot, if you need something take a picture at the home depot and come to Atlantic their prices are much better, and the staff is fine if you treat them respectfully and realize most of them are very knowledgeable.

Counter and office people are very well trained and courteous.
Some people had to understand that sometimes you can see is a waste of time coming and walk out without any purchase after 45 questions.
We as a contractors go straight to the point and get what we need.

I went in because I needed to replace our kitchen faucet. Whoever installed the current one used multiple copper, metal and plastic fittings and pipes. It was a mess and I wasn’t sure I could fix this on my own. I walked in and Chris helped me right away. I showed him pictures and he suggested different flex pipes and fittings that would be easy to install and gave me tips to help remove the old crap. Without his help I would have spent a ton paying someone else to do this. He also helped me pick out a new Moen faucet that looks amazing. He also explained how the pieces they carry are a much better quality than some of the big home improvement stores. (Like metal pieces instead of plastic). Overall a very enjoyable and super-helpful experience. Thank You!!!

You can buy almost any plumbing parts at great prices. Excellent sales workers and quick services. But they did not accept a defected part that I returned.

Called to get availability of a smoke pipe “TY” , the inside sales person Ray ( I think)
very helpful and even went to eyeball part because it showed only two in stock, but when I went to pick up at the counter the counter guy was almost hostile to me , with such an attitude I thought he was looking for a confrontation. Hope management has a talk with him. This was in the Kenilworth store.

Order online from manufacturer or Amazon as it is cheaper and easier. I called to check if they stocked the part I needed. After checking, they said they had in stock, quoted me a price, took my name to put the part behind the counter. When I arrived, they said they do not carry it. No attempt by to reconcile phone conversation.
