I had hired Sam's construction to remodel my entire house.They had great ideas that I didnt think of by creating a walk in closet ,lights,hard wood floor, bathrooms and more. They went above and beyond and identified things I wouldn't imagine. With these guys you don’t have to worrie, on time ,clean and quick. I HIGHLY Recommend them for any job and will use them again.Thanks Sam .

Sam installed 2800 ft² of a hardwood floor in my house in 4 days and he did a perfect job. His staff were professional, they cleaned up after themselves. It was a piece of cake I highly recommend him for everyone.

Sam's company recently did a whole remodel of my kitchen, dining room and laundry room. It took about 6 weeks, but I am beyond pleased with it! They were a very trust worthy group of people, I had to give them a key due to me and my husband working in the day and I never had a problem. I have kids and they always made sure the area was cleaned before they left. Everyone that comes cannot believe the transformation that took place. The cabinets are one of a kind, soft close, spice cabinet, pantry build around the fridge and a lazy susan, so big and spacious. Anytime I had a question or concern, Sam got back to me right away. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any remodel project and his price was amazing. Thanks again Sam for our wonderful kitchen!

We used Sam to renovate many areas of our newly purchased home, including bathrooms, flooring, bedrooms, dining room and living room paneling and the list goes on. Sam's Construction & Renovation, LLC is professional, trustworthy, and reliable. The results of the work will leave you feeling accomplished and convinced that you picked the right team for the job. In order to reduce the job costs, the demolition portion of our project we tackled with our families support. However, Sam did provide emails with picture guidance so it always felt that we worked collaboratively. 3D rendering images were provided with our initial consultation this was very helpful. In addition, photo updates were provided by Sam throughout the whole process of the project which filled us with so much joy. Sam, the owner, was always available via email, phone, and text. When he said he would call, he would. When he said he needed to reschedule, he would keep his word and make sure the task was completed. Many times the one-on-one attention made us say, "Wow, we feel like we are his favorite clients!" Having a contractor share with you these words is a good sign, "if you do what you love, you never work a day in your life." His vendors and team were very loyal and worked cohesively. They did clean up after their messes too. We had a large kitchen and home remodeling project. The entire house received electrical LED lights installation on 2nd floor. Hardwood floors were stained down to the 1st floor. New hardwood floors were installed in the entire kitchen. The kitchen weight-bearing wall was removed and a 22ft support beam was installed and a 5ft kitchen island was created. The kitchen Fabuwood cabinents were installed with gorgeous granite countertops and marble backsplash tile. The modern appliances were installed with modern electrical work up to standards which the outdated 1957s house needed. All light fixtures were installed and mounted. Overall, the scope of work was extensive but Sam's Construction & Renovation LLC pulled it off!

I contacted Sam at the end of March 2020 in a nasty situation facing the covid 19 shut down and an incomplete and unusable kitchen. Sam took on our project and even improved on the overall kitchen design itself. He treated us with such kindness and professionalism during a very uncertain time when our old contractor abandoned us. He was in constant contact with us, giving us updates on progress and finished the entire job earlier than expected. The end result was a beautiful kitchen that exceeded our expectations. He also wound up doing additional work in our attic which left us more than pleased. We are so happy that we found him and will continue to use him for our home projects in the future.

We used Sam's company for a commercial renovation in Freehold Boro. The job was not easy, but they got it done and worked well with my architect and the towns building department to ensure that we passed all our permits. Sam also brought fresh ideas and was easily adaptive when the scope of the job changed halfway through (more than once)! Will use them again.

We had a new exterior door as well as closet doors we needed installed. I reached out to a few places but Samer's response to my inquiry made me go with his company. He asked a ton of questions to make sure we were on the same page. I knew this would mean I would get what I wanted out of the job and I also knew I wouldn't get any surprises with the cost. I appreciated how thorough and responsive he was before the job even started. Come installation day, he was there first thing in the morning. There were last minute changes that were handled with ease and even an unexpected light installation. Both doors look awesome. We have more work that needs to be done and we will 100% user Samer in the future. I highly suggest you do the same if you are looking for reliable, good work to be done in your home.

Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to our request to repair drywall and paint a few rooms due to water damage and worked closely with us along the way. His team finished the job in a timely manner, were very neat, kept all dust and mess confined to work areas, cleaned up and put some of our stuff away. Highly recommend for a very professional and well done job.

We used Sam and his crew extensively to renovate our home in Summit and he has stood behind his work for years afterward. He has been fair, responsive, and reliable. Not being my first renovation I can say unequivocally he provides great quality for below-market prices. I'd recommend him highly.

It was a pleasure working with Sam’s Construction & Renovation, LLC. They completely renovated our garage and laundry room. They re-ran all our plumbing and electrical, framed and put up drywall, and finished and painted them beautifully. They also put in a tile floor and backsplash in the laundry room. Sam was a great sounding board for my vision and they were able to make my dream a reality. I am thrilled with the finished product and very pleased with Sam and the quality work that he and his team provided.
