i called them blind except for the few ratings which were 5 stars. they came quickly as they had a hole in their schedule. (the next customer called to ensure they were coming.) the owner knew what he was doing, and diagnosed and repaired the issues including a blown fuse, bad capacitor, low refrigerant and disconnected thermostat wires, without trying to sell me new equipment. And, the price was more than fair! there is no property damage although there could have been. and, they cleaned up. i am now a client.

My 21 year old central air conditioner compressor unit stopped working. I called Air Innovations on a Sunday morning and left a message. To my pleasant surprise, Frank called me that same afternoon, took my address, and arrived 20 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the blown out capacitor, cleaned the cooling fins, checked the coolant level, examined all the wiring, put it all back together and cleaned up after himself, in record time! And at a very reasonable price as well.
I will not hesitate to highly recommend Frank as he is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and not out to overcharge or take advantage!
