I have used Harbor Air LLC for many years and in my experience, they are by far the most reliable and honest shop when it comes to HVAC issue resolution and new installations. They are quick to respond, do their job as fast as possible and don’t make a mess. They will provide an honest assessment and will never gouge you. Their prices are fair and they do high quality work.

Roman and his team have been fantastic. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He will isolate the issue quickly and offer several solutions. I trust Harbor Air and would recommend them if you have any AC issues.

Roman was incredible! He saved me thousands of dollars by locating the problem and fixing it for less than $100 dollars. PS&G wanted $2,000 for something that was an easy fix. Roman explained the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He was communicative and let us know when he would arrive, was on time, and left the area nice and clean. PS&G required multiple phone calls and oversight only to charge 20X as much. Thank you Roman! We will definitely be using your services in the future for all our repair needs.

Roman has been my hvac guy for 7 years now he is able to keep my unit running twice within the 7 years with a part replacement and never trying to over sell me by me getting a new unit but it’s coming. He does my service calls every year. I told two of my neighbors about Harbor Air and the owner Roman and they love him. Both needed replacements and one was emergency during the summer. Both my neighbors couldn’t have thanked me enough they were fearful of getting over charged but it turned out they got the best price from Roman and still thank me. Great service and a heart felt knowledgeable caring person.

Harbor Air is a very good and honest company. Roman has serviced my unit on several occasions. He is reputable, efficient and will not try to immediately sell you a new system like many of the popular companies that spend a lot of money on advertising. Last time he came he didn’t even charge me. My system is older and Harbor Air will be getting the job when I replace it.

I’m very happy Roman came to fix my smart nest thermostat tonight, which was installed wrong last year in October and cooling system didn’t work right. He came same day I called him which was great. Now I’m ready for the season. Thank you for your service!

Our Central Air unit was blowing "Warm" air so I went thru Google to find a HVAC company.
Some of them said they couldn't come until the next day, but I called Harbor Air LLC and left a message. Roman texted me back later in the day and I called him.

I explained that I think I needed a "Freon Recharge" and asked how much it would cost and if he could come over today. He gave me a price and said he was on his way home and asked where I lived. Luckily he lives in Old Bridge just like me.

He said he would come right over on his way home. He got here, and first thing he did was wave his hand over the fan and said...OHH... There is no Hot Air coming out... He connected his pressure gauges and said that the Gas & Freon was fine. It must be the "Compressor" because the only the Fan was running and no "ringing" sound from the compressor.

He opened up the unit, disconnected the wires to the compressor and tested the voltage and sure enough it was low.. Luckily he had another compressor in his van. He connected it and the compressor started to "ring" and the air was blowing cold again.

But the best part, he charged me less than what he quoted over the phone.

Roman is a great HVAC guy and I would recommend him to anyone. I know we will start using him in the future.

Found Harbor Air LLC on google after my AC stopped working and saw the many good reviews. The reviews don’t lie. I Called Roman and he immediately responded and said he would be coming to my residence within 10 minutes, as he wasn’t far. Roman came and immediately got to work, within 30 minutes he figured out what was wrong replaced the piece and checked the vents several times to ensure everything was working properly. Immediately I can feel the difference in the air and could see my unit was working. Very kind, professional and efficient-would definitely call them again in the future without hesitation!

Roman and his team have been fantastic. He is very responsive , honest and knowledgeable. He fixed the issues for water leaking in HVAC in peak summer heat. He responded next day on his way to other job and fixed immediately and making sure it is working without any issues. I trust Harbor Air and would recommend them if you have any AC issues. Harbor Air LLC are fantastic. We had an issue with the heating in our house and they were able to come out very quickly (same day) and fix the problem (they had to come out a couple of times as the issue reappeared after the first visit). Very responsive. Very helpful, polite and flexible. And very good price for the service. They are our go-to contractors for all things HVAC related!

Roman and his team are the best! I had an issue with my AC a couple of weeks ago (during one of the hottest days) and it was a Saturday. Roman answered my call and walked me through the steps to get the AC working temporarily and promised to have one of his team members come by to fix the issue permanently. The gentleman showed up and fixed the issue the same day. Here is a bit more why they are the best. Roman was getting ready to go to the airport on a family vacation overseas that day. He treated me like one of his family members, understood my pain and acted with kindness. He followed up with me from the airport. Also, his team member did exactly the same. After a long and busy day, he stopped by my house at night to fix the issue with a smile on his face. I want more Romans in this world. You can’t go wrong with him. By the way, I received same service when he installed our AC system a few years ago.

Roman is truly an incredible contractor! He keeps his words, is extremely responsive and honest, and is very pleasant to work with. He is very professional and on time. Roman was great start to finish. I’m a due diligence homeowner always getting multiple quotes. I had my AC compressor and condenser replaced as well as fixing some ductwork and adding new vents in the house for areas that get very hot. I got 7 quotes. He supplied me with BETTER seer rated AC equipment than other companies, at a substantially lower price and was one of the few that knew exactly what to do for my style house and where it was lacking airflow. All companies said 2 days of work, his crew had it done in a day and everything looks awesome, very professional and clean looking and the airflow is 100X better. Very kind workers, very clean, laid down runners, cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. I’ll be referring Roman from harbor air to everyone that asks!
