Good work from PTC, as always. They gave a very tall pine tree a much needed haircut. They hauled away all the branches and left the site very clean. I feel more comfortable that the tree limbs won’t damage our brand new roof!

Four Norwegian Spruces 65’ to 75’ in height, along back yard fence and over a shed high winds heaved one into another. Matt showed up on time great accurate assessment, explained in detail how crew would take care of the trees. Crew showed up next day, all new professional equipment. Great interaction with neighbors concerning placement of their vehicles and equipment. Crew were in trees and working within 15 minutes of arrival. Crews experience was obvious, very safe efficient, swift actions had trees down cut up and their modern equipment made quick work of removal. Crew was constantly explaining what would take place and what their plan was, great communication. Extremely clean cleanup! Nothing left behind. Definitely top notch, and highly recommended.

As usual, the crew did a grate job on out tree maintenance. They got everything done, despite a bit of wind. Great work on the ground, on the assessment, and administration (payment, scheduling, etc.)

We are extremely satisfied and grateful customers of this company. It is evident that their priority is to make sure the customer is happy. The crew took down a massive tree in our back yard unbelievably fast. It took them about 4 hours to completely remove the huge maple tree, cut it into pieces, dispose of all branches, and leave the area cleaner than before they got there. 4 guys worked like a well oiled machine and it’s obvious that they are highly skilled professionals in their field. They even laid down a path for their machinery to protect our grass! Their manager James went above and beyond personally making sure we received all the wood for our fire from the tree. We are extremely satisfied customers who now will only reach out to this company in the future to take down the rest of our massive trees! Highly recommend.

We had several large arborvitae damaged in the last snow storm of the winter. Matt came out to discuss what could be done, we came up with a plan, and the crew who came did an excellent job trimming and staking.

Contracted to cut/trim 100' maple. Timely arrival, immediately reviewed and confirmed what was to be done and contracted. Jose and his crew extremely organized, worked safely and with full spacial/activity awareness. Diligent in the cleanup as well.

I took advantage of the NYOP offer. I named my price and they came back with a reasonable counteroffer. They came on time , did exactly what iI needed done, and cleaned up afterward extemely well.

Aside from the lack of what I deem sufficient notice of their arrival, everything else about the job they did was stellar. The crew was courteous, responded to a few requests and cleaned up after themselves. I've already passed their names on to several of our friends for similar work.

What a great company to work with. Very reasonable rates and top notch service. They look for ways to save the trees rather than cut them down. Always prompt and do exactly as promised. They totally clean up any mess and you would never know they were there. I have used them on many occasions and highly recommended their services.

We had a HUGE Ash tree cut down in our backyard, and the team they sent to take it down (Rudy, Jaime, Alejandro, and Sergio) was fantastic. They arrived on time, they were professional, and took the tree down quickly, taking great care with our property and the neighbor's property. They used a bucket truck and were able to fit it in a tight driveway between the houses. All the branches and logs were roped off for controlled drops to ensure they landed safely. They did a great job cleaning up (even raking up stray bits of branch and leaves from the neighbor's yards), leaving only the largest log sections which were collected promptly the following day.

The stump grinding went just as smoothly– The team (Marcus and Ryan) showed up on time and took care of the stump and all of the protruding roots (which were poking up and spreading out all over the yard). They ground everything flat and took care of the debris.

I also want to shout out Matt, the arborist, who came out to assess the tree and answered all of our questions, and Jackie in the office, who took care of us with the paperwork and scheduling.

Everyone was great– Very knowledgeable, and professional, from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company!
