He came to my apartment on a Saturday (!) to fix my refrigerator, and did so quickly, skillfully and with great oveall professionalism. Highest marks!

They were assigned by my # Warranty company. I figured that this would be a standard visit however, to my delight. He was on time and professional. He examined the issue and provided a solution within 39 minutes. We needed a new icemaker.. it was ordered. He came back once. The order came in and was done in 10 minutes.

Great Company. John was courteous, competent, and a good communicator.
He diagnosed the problem with my microwave, ordered the part, then installed the new door switch on a timely basis. Fixing it right the first time around!

Hawkeye (and John in particular) is the absolute best service you could hire for any home repair. We had the pleasure of meeting John for our first repair through our home warranty and now we always contact him when something goes wrong. He is extremely responsive, courteous and does excellent work. Must hire!

John arrived right on time as per communication and was extremely professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was and walked me through the repair process.

Quality of Service

The dishwasher had been not starting(lights were not turning on) and not drying properly, but within no time John found that issues with electronic control panel and ordered the replacement part. Upon the arrival of the replacement unit, the John replaced the part had it up and running again.
He replaced a faulty unit, and even gave me maintenance tips to prevent future issues.
