I bought an indirect water heater from Birdsall after shopping online. They were competitive on price and offered quick, free delivery on their own truck to Westchester county. I found them to be extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting accessory parts that would aid the installation. When the first unit turned out to be problematic, they sent their truck again the next day to exchange it for another one that works great. I couldn't be happier and would definitely call them first for future plumbing needs!

My heating pump died on a Sunday when snow and arctic temperatures are in the forecast. They answered my email within an hour and arranged for me to pick up what I needed same day. Can't thank you enough

I was looking all over for a part of a boiler. Nobody in the country has one but it showed online they did. I called and got Mike and his customer service is fantastic! Old school supply house feel. Wish I lived closer I would use them full time!

Good product selection and great customer service

In the unprofessional behavior of profanity, the employees scream at the customers. This behavior impacts the workplace atmosphere and customers feel insulted and disrespected. There's one guy, totally mad and wasted.
