Mike and his team have been servicing our home for the past 5 years. On numerous times they have gone above and beyond in helping me with random issues.

Mike Marcketta is SUCH a pleasure to work with. As a business/building owner, as well as a homeowner, I have to deal with contractors all the time. I have become accustomed to most of them not coming when they say they will come, often finding a reason to charge more for a job than initially stated, and not being quick to return to a job that is almost - but not fully - completed. Marcketta HVAC is the OPPOSITE. They come on time, stay until the job is completely done and the customer is completely satisfied. If there is a follow-up issue, they make it their business to return and take care of it as quickly as possible. The estimates are free and they stick to the price they have you. A total and complete pleasure!

After one of the bigger companies told us we would need to replace our central air conditioner when it just stopped running (at a cost of $10k) we called Marcketta to come take a look. And thank goodness. Mike came right over and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem. And an hour later (after he drove out the highway to pick up a part) it was all fixed and running perfectly— for less than $300.

We called a bunch of different HVAC contractors, but most seemed like they were just trying to rip you off (e.g. $175 for the first 30 min and $75 per 15 min after, with no estimate of how long routine maintenance would take). Marcketta offered a reasonable fixed price per unit, sold us needed parts at cost, and included a minor repair in the routine service fee. One of our units needed a new exhaust fan, and the total bill ended up substantially lower than I expected - routine service plus the new fan was about the same price as some other places quoted just for service 😂
The guys are very friendly and accommodating too. They were able to squeeze us in quickly and worked around our chaotic schedule with a newborn. They were also very professional and explained everything they were doing and why. We'll definitely be sticking with them going forward and have already recommended them to several neighbors.

We switched to Marcketta from one of the larger corporations for our bi-annual maintenance plan and it was the best decision we could have made. Mike is extremely skilled / knowledgeable and very reliable. He is a local guy with deep ties to the community and when our hvac leaked today (Christmas weekend) he was at our door in less than 10 minutes and the problem was resolved shortly thereafter. No charge as we are maintenance service customers. He doesn’t even require a contract. Marcketta is a rare find, especially in this area where it feels like most vendors are trying to rip you off.
