Frank was very knowledgeable about all phases of the work on my property he was fast clean and friendly I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends

I hired this company after calling 5 others they called in phone hour they gave me a fair price and the boss is on every job. I told my father and he used them also great company my paver walk is beautiful and so is my perennial garden

I called about 6 landscapersAnd I got no responseUntil I got in touch with Frank who is the owner he came to my house that same day gave me a great estimate and did the work the very next day everything came out beautiful definitely recommended again

Within a few minutes with Frank, I realized he sees gardens as if he has x-ray specs on - he diagnoses all your garden problems and explains how to fix them. He really knows his stuff and it makes working with him a real pleasure.

Called multiple companies, but Frank's response was very quick. I needed spring clean up at my place and he was able to schedule me in within a week! Frank and his guys took their time and did a great job! Very pleasant and hardworking.

Frank and his team did an amazing job at my businesses property! I asked for weed removal and clean up, and he went above and beyond and even spruced up our planter in front of our shop! He responds quickly to messages and phone calls, which is also a huge plus! I highly recommend Unique Lawn N Landscaping if you need care taken to your property!

I was able to find Frank in a time of need as my father in law has kidney dialysis and was in need of someone to do snow removal for him. Frank was very professional and accommodating for any needs we had. He always made my father in law a priority and worked with us to ensure he was able to get to treatment each time!!!

I highly recommend using this company! Frank was a God-send to me. I called at least 6 other different landscaping companies and no one got back to me. I finally found Frank, and he responded almost immediately. He consistently kept me posted on when he would be coming to do the work on my front yard. Once the job was completed, my home looked amazing! He trimmed, fertilized, and pruned my bushes and trees, as well as used cedar mulch which makes all the difference. I am so happy to have found Frank!

Frank was wonderful from the first time we talked through the end of the job. We needed someone to do add flowerbeds and perennials to our front yard before listing the house for sale. Frank was responsive, helpful, and timely. He was deeply knowledgeable, providing suggestions on which plants would look good and thrive in our yard. The finished product looks excellent! We’re thrilled and would absolutely use Frank again in the future.

I will first say that, overall, Frank and his workers are nice and do good work. And they also gave me a fair quote for the work I needed done. That being said, I was not at all happy to find out on day two of the job that Frank would not be working past 1pm on any day, and that there would be no work done on any day where it was supposed to rain at all. These restrictions were not discussed with me when I received the quote. I think that Frank believes that he told me, but I would not have hired him and his workers if I had been told these restrictions. Frank did tell me that he had some family issues affecting his ability to work, and I have no issue with taking personal days. But I felt that it was dishonest to give me the impression that he would be working on my project all day until it was completed, and then tell me after he received the deposit that he was not going to be working on my project for more than four hours at a time. And he became rude when I asked him why certain work was not getting done. I have a small house, and my front landscaping should have been a 3-4 day project at most. It ended up taking two weeks. Another major reason for the delay is that Frank typically only brought one other worker with him. This means that if he left to get supplies, the worker could not do much until he returned. I want to be fair and say that the work was completed eventually and looks good. But if you hire this company, get everything in writing, including work hours, amount of workers, and the timeline for the project.

Super disappointed in our experience - at first it was great, Frank was very responsive, came out to assess right away, and gave us a quote. However once the work started, that’s when things started to change. He would notice additional things around our yard and say he talked to my husband about extra work and that my husband agreed on it but then I’d talk to my husband and it’s something that they never talked about (and it would be the same the other way - Frank would tell him I wanted a bush gone, but it wasn’t something we’d ever talked about). Then once the weeds were cleared and the mat was put down, he said that putting in new plants wasn’t covered even though it was in our original quote - he said it was extra and we had to argue for it even though it was right there in writing. And what he ended up putting in was less than what was in the original quote. He was supposed to come back and put in edging (and we mostly paid for this already), but despite following up, it’s been over a month and a half and we haven’t heard back. And in the meantime everything grew back and our garden looks awful again. We had wanted some lillies removed and rather than pulling out the bulbs, they just cut them so it all grew back. Super frustrated - especially since it was all not cheap. Giving two stars just because our garden did look great for about 2 weeks and he was nice over the phone to deal with most of the time

Unprofessional & over priced. I paid Frank over $500.00 in the 2 months he worked on my yard and it still looks horrible. He planted flowers that started to die immediately, always left my yard a mess, and made me chase him to trim my bushes. I paid to have my lawn seeded with the guarantee that all the bare spots will be filled...That DID NOT happen and he did not return any of the money I paid in advance. Whenever I asked him to cut or trim something he gave me a hard time...he would say my tools are getting sharpened or we don't trim in may??? Frank is by far the worst landscaper I ever used!!!

After calling multiple landscapers and getting no calls back, I was relieved when I found Frank. He was very professional. Not only did he accommodate me within short notice but he did a terrific job on my property. I am very grateful and will continue to use his services.

UPDATE!! So after going with Frank for a 3rd time he charged me a lot more than what he had charged me on the first 2 cleanups. After negotiating we came down to a number that was still way higher the previous quotes. I don't have time to start getting other quotes so we went through with the job. After only 2 hrs of work he left. I went out back and noticed that the yard was barely cleaned up. I had piles of leaves on my deck and a bush that I wanted cut out still remained. I was not happy. I contacted Frank about it and he blamed the guy he had working with him and promised me he would come back and finish the job. That was over 2 weeks ago and have not heard back from Frank. Luckily, I found myself a legit landscaping company who will now be working on my property from now on. You get what you pay for folks.

Awful and very disappointing, Frank came across as very nice and professional, needed lawn maintenance to be done, he took my deposit to buy the materials he would need, it has been almost 8 weeks and has't showed up since, hasn't called and has avoided all calls, if there are issues I understand, let me know, I'll would work with him, however he has basically stolen from me. I would not recommend at all
