Always so professional in all they do!!

Let’s just say if you need an electrician look no further! March 15 storm ripped the service off my house and onto my daughters’ car. Power was still on. JCP&L quickly came out & at 1am when it was 19 degrees out cut the power at the pole. I understand it’s not their problem but the lack of empathy in addition to no one on site (police, fire, lineman) had any idea who I should call. I called every 24hr emergency services company I could find. IF they answered (most didn’t) they said someone would be out sometime between 9-11am. Sharon answered the phone @ 7:30 & had a crew out asap. Between Sharon & her contacts at JCP&L my new service was installed and regenerated by 1pm. She was so professional and easy to work with. So were the guys who came out. They were literally half the cost of the others who only showed up to give me a quote. They showed up to work & get my power restored! Thank you Sharon and the whole Chambers crew who worked fast, efficiently, and at a more than fair price. More companies should be run like this. I cannot say enough good things about Sharon & Chamber’s electric 🩷

The office staff is amazing and called me about an electrical issues three times even though it was an issue either with either my association or JCP&L! Very professional, kind and caring They informed me to call JCP&L that it was likely an issue on their end and they were right! JCP&L immediately shut down my service and had to fix an issue that was potentially dangerous.. Can’t rave enough about this company!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michael Chambers electric. Sharon, who sets up the appoints, was so very kind. She called me right back after I had left a message concerning my problem. I was having a problem with a GFI outlet that was tripping and causing my refrigerator to turn off. I explained that I was a widow and fearful of a fire( I know nothing about electric) She calmed my fears and sent Wes out the following day. Wes was wonderful. He replaced the GFI and he too assured me that it would not have caused a fire. I was so truly impressed by the kindness they both showed me. I would highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedule. I am so very thankful.

I love this company and the people that work there. Sharon is the best she is your first point of contact. She sets up the estimates after that you can have Wes (is best) and the others are just as good. Sharon does like to keep consistencey with the workers for repeat business and be back business., As a Realtor I always recommend them because no matter what the job is it is done right the first time and I always pass inspections with their work.
You will NOT go wrong using this company.

I've used Mike Chamber's twice and can definitely recommend them. I had several lighting fixtures installed the first time The second time was a conversion of a hard wired outlet.

I needed to have a garbage disposal hooked up. For some reason there was a miscommunication and the young man that was sent did not have the experience needed for a new installation. That was remedied and all was fine until I got my bill and saw that I was billed for the first service call. I sent an angry email message and got a phone call the next day saying the charge would be refunded. It's really good to know that there are companies like Chambers Electric who have integrity and treat customers so well.
