A year and a half ago I purchased an LG oven from Lowes. The other day while trying to start it I kept receiving a F9 Error on the screen. Under my insurance policy Lowes contracted Blue Sky Home Service to investigate. Luckily enough Felix was in the neighborhood on another call and shot right over. He did a complete diagnostic on the oven and ordered the part. A few days later he received it and made the install appointment. Felix was super friendly, helpful, and worked swiftly. He took what was initially a stressful situation and gave me complete peace of mind!

Felix showed up and diagnosed my problem within 10mins. Was friendly and explained what the problem was. he was able to take care of it quickly and took pity on me and didn't charge me the full service fee since it required no parts or servicing. Always appreciate honesty and great customer service.

Technician Felix was prompt, efficient, found the problem right away and was very quick, neat and quiet about the repair (someone was sleeping in the room next to the dryer). Worse service they don’t care if you have or no fridge just said it out the hands

I had a very disappointing experience with Blue Sky Home Service. Our refrigerator broke down, so we called them for help. The technician who came to our home seemed more interested in collecting payment than actually repairing the appliance. He spent very little time diagnosing the issue and did absolutely nothing to fix it. To make matters worse, we were charged a hefty amount for this so-called "service."

Our refrigerator is still not working, and we’re left feeling scammed and frustrated. If you're looking for professional and reliable appliance repair, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
