Fantastic commercial HVAC contractor. Can handle all your commercial air conditioning and refrigeration needs. One of the few contractors around with an in house engineering division. A++

Hughes is absolutely one of the best HVAC/r companies in the NY/NJ area. They are experts and innovators. I highly reccomend calling them for your commercial HVAC and refrigeration needs

I didn’t even use this business. A driver had very bad road rage over in franklin NJ. My mother turned into Walmart and he claimed she was passing him. He then tailgated us at a stop sign and honked at us. My mom said something about how it was a stop sign. The driver proceeded to scream at us and was very rude and disrespectful towards us for no reason. Will never Use this business.

At this point, I have sat in a 50° office in the winter and a 91° office in the summer all while having the pleasure of paying Hughes thousands each season to fix “the issues.” A This has persisted for 4 years with the service team saying all issues are unrelated. Feels more like a test of my resolve than anyone actually trying to fix an issue.

Well it happened again, Hughes promised they found the "Unrelated Issue" (Ha! That's about the 8th different issue that is somehow not related) and they sent a tech to fix it. Well 48 hours later the same tech is in because it's hot in the offices again. Well turns out this fix quoted at $4000 wasn't it. The tech thinks "The system isn't engineered correctly." So I have the service manager telling me "This is the last repair, we found it" and the tech saying "This system just isn't right."
