It all started with a General 24KW installation and from the moment JANCO Electric came to our home he made the entire experience “hassle-free”. The impeccable installation, including electric heat for our basement made the entire experience so easy. Attention to detail, personable and clean work made the entire experience a real “10”!!!

Jay and the Jaanco team were the best. Responded immediately to requests and concerns, explained everything that was needed to b done and why, job performed on time and immaculate, replaced and upgraded my panel, I would highly recommend Jaanco for any electrical needs.

Had generator installed and they were very professional and did the job extremely well. They do follow ups semi annually and have been very thorough in keeping it operating. Always easy to get a hold of if I have any questions.

When our main power breaker tripped twice on a Friday night, we were concerned. We called around to 5 different places and weren’t getting any call backs. Jay was the only one who called back. Took time to speak with us, listened to everything and put our minds at ease that we could wait until morning. Jay came out on Saturday morning and was very thorough.
