Great guy, correctly diagnosed and fixed my airflow problem with additional zone and bypass damper. Knows his stuff and is honest, other AC guys including the big ones were pushing for more expensive solutions.

The service that I get was to clean the my air condicioner, he did a great Job he lefted very clean, that guy that came he was so kind the price was very sheap he even taught me how to clean it by myself if I ever wanted to clean it, the service was very fast, it took him less than an hour to do it, I woulf 100% recommend it

They were quick to schedule and came the same day. Quick to diagnose and resolve the issue since the AC was not cooling properly. They were also gracious enough to have a look at the pool heat pump since they were already there. Highly recommend and appreciate their work.

We were told our HVAC needs to be replaced by technicians previously so we were calling companies for replacement but One Hour was the only one who offered to assess our HVAC for free to see if it even needed replacement or could be repaired. They sent their technician Ross who was a very pleasant and professional guy, who spent 2 hours troubleshooting, and explaining everything to us. He also replaced the faulty parts free of cost!! Not to forget, he checked in with us too a day or two later to make sure the system was working fine. Commendable and unparalleled customer service! Definitely recommend one hour to everyone!

Absolutely blown away by Ross’s service! I called him at 8pm on a Thursday, and he was at my door within 15 minutes. Not only did he diagnose the issue immediately, but he had my AC up and running within 30 minutes. Fast, professional, and truly above and beyond…unbelievable service. Can’t recommend Ross enough!
