We’ve been using Sure Electric for over two years now for any electrical issues that come up at our home. They’re always responsive and helpful when you call, they send someone out same day if necessary, and they explain the issue and how they’re going to fix it in a way that’s easy to understand. Not to mention they do an outstanding job. We will continue to use Sure Electric for all our of electrical needs.

They were quick to respond and quote installation over the weekend and had me scheduled within the week. Pricing was very reasonable. Electrician showed up on time, was professional, worked neatly, and did exactly what we wanted. Great experience.

I’ve now used them for 3 projects and each time I get the same high level of quality and craftsmanship. They work efficiently and neatly. They are very fair priced and even reduced cost when jobs were simpler than originally estimated. Johnny has been a great technician and anyone that has come to support him has also been top notch.

Johnny and Leo did an amazing job. They were very professional, friendly and took the time to explain the issue to me. They also worked with my schedule which was a bit out of the time blocks to ensure I could get this issue rectified. The women who scheduled my appointment was also very friendly and accommodating. My property is a rental so finding quality workers who work under the warranty is sometimes a nightmare. Thankfully, this experience was anything but.

Today was my first experience with Sure Electric. Very well handled. Set up appointment with office staff member, then received a couple of texts reminding me of appointment. On day of I received a text stating he was on his way. The technician arrived and was very nice and professional and handled my electrical problem efficiently and confidently. I had an electric heater that blew out the fuse in my breaker and I had other companies and electricians come to do troubleshooting but they were not able to resolve the problem. Let me tell you, Johnny and Preston are what you call professional experts, they came and were able to figure out the problem and fix it so quickly. I’m so pleased with their work because my lights in one section of my house was out for a while before someone was able to figure out what could have caused such a problem. Johnny and Preston job well done, you guys are awesome.

The electrician Johnny was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly investigated and performed testing to the house circuitry and found a faulty connection. Great job and I would recommend Sure as a reliable electrical contractor.
