There was an issue with the heating unit in my sister's home. The person she originally had come look at it told her the unit was leading CO2 and that it needed to be replaced for a cost of $7K.

I called Pat Pisani and asked him to come look at it. There was no CO2 leakage. Not only did the unit not need to be replaced, but the issue that needed to be fixed only cost $700.

Pat prevented a costly mistake from being made and took care of the issue in just a few hours. If someone gives you a quote that makes your head spin, call Pat.

I am a first time home buyer and unfortunately had the bad luck of having to replace the AC in the first summer moved in the new house! I had a few companies come out a look but once I had met with Pat, I could immediately tell him apart from all the rest. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, why, and how it would be done. He did an absolutely incredible job and I would not change a single thing. He went above and beyond even for me and investigated every single wire fed from the thermostats in my home given the 60 years without updates and correctly wired a new google nest, while tagging all the other wires for future jobs when I decide its time to replace the heating. Amazing guy!

Thank you Patrick! Professional from the moment I met him as well as to Kathy who was a pleasure to speak to. Came back the next day (not any fault of his, only my stupidity in functioning the unit). Highly recommend.

About a month ago, when the summer heat hit 100 degrees, our central AC unit conked out. On a Sunday. We called around a few places and another AC firm came, ran our unit for 30 minutes till it started to smoke, then told us everything needed to be replaced to the tune of $14K. I called my friend Gerard who suggested I call Magnum for a second opinion. The next day Pat and Matt from Magnum came, assessed everything carefully -- condenser, compressor, wiring, etc. -- in the blistering heat, and within 2 hours had our AC up and running again, colder than it had been in a few years. They came back three weeks later to finish up some wiring (I have a 1960s-era Strathmore home so the wiring is nuts and archaic) and everything now works perfectly. The cost, less than 10% of what I was told by the other firm (let's just say their honesty can't be "Guaranteed"). Pat and Magnum are the REAL DEAL in quality of work, honesty, and just being good people! Thank you so much. I'd recommend you a million times over.

Pat came to the rescue when I got taken by another contractor with my furnace install. He responded, showed up early, and was very honest and up-front. He was very knowledgeable. Cathy was very responsive and answered all my questions. I wish I called Magnum first! Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them HIGHLY!

We just had our AC system completely changed out last week by Magnum. First of all, they had the best pricing compared to the other 2 estimates we had. And they only use the best equipment which was so important to my wife & I.

Pat, the owner and Matt, his assistant, did an EXCELLENT JOB!!! They are very professional and just good caring guys.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with their workmanship. I feel that it was as if they were installing our new system into their own homes. That's the care and consideration they put into our AC install.

They also did some extra work that wasn't planned and the pricing was EXCELLENT & very fair.

Pat is the man, always been fair, responsive, and professional. Ronstron quoted my mother in law a crazy quote and said entire system had to be replaced. Pat came and fixed it with one small part. Highly recommend.

I don't know how to explain my experience I never had an HVAC company that wouldn't cut their own penetrations through drywall that they had when they were supposed to have their stuff put up already refused to work until till someone did a cut through drywall for him sounds kind of like babies to me thanks Magnum
