Hired Blue Note to inspect my roof before i called the roofers. His report helped me save money when it came time to replace my roof. He also crawled in my attic crawl space to be thorough, and his drone video helped me see everything for myself. Will be using him again when I sell my house so I can get top dollar.

Mike came out to do an inspection on a property we are buying. He was very friendly, informative, and honest. He took his time and thoroughly inspected every inch of the one family home with attached garage we are buying. Mike recently did a home inspection for me and he was great to work with. He went through and explained everything to me as we walked through the house. He had a quick turnaround with the report and it was detailed. Once the Sellers fixed the issues with the home he went over the photos and videos they sent. On my request he did a walk through to ensure the issues were fixed correctly.
