Where to start? Our home was customized 30 years ago by a friend who was a home builder plus furniture craftsman who had own a custom furniture shop in Fair Haven. Our two porches and screenporch were a work of art with real wood and decorative 1/4 round moldings. After 30 years though, the wooden parts were beginning to rot despite being painted. Who to trust with repairing/rebuilding our two porches and screen porch? Limited Construction was the go to choice. I was familiar with the owner as he is the superintendent at Navesink Cove in Atlantic Highlands where we own and rent four condos.. Kathy and I were blown away with the professionalism and craftmanship of the work, which included using "space age" materials that look like wood but will never rot.
