Excellent service! This past Saturday afternoon our power went out and the generator didn’t kick on. I called them and within 1 hour they had a tech out to our home. He assessed the issue and had the generator running quickly. Can’t say enough about the service and the peace of mind that gives us. Highly recommend!

Folks BVH Electric were great. Made final installation, connections and start up of our Kohler generator a breeze.

Had alarm. Low oil pressure. Technician checked everything and then replaced oil pressure sensor. It worked. He couldn't give me a price though. He said it would be sent to me.

Got these guys to install a Briggs and Stratton standby generator. Very professional outfit and extremely reasonable rates. If you are in the market for a standby generator, go for these guys.

We have a 22/27k Generac Stationary Generator which needed to be repaired. We called Benson due to the fact that another repair service misdiagnosed the issue . This other company was another Generac trained company! We called the morning, the day before a blizzard and they were extremely busy. The technician, Andre and his crew, made the necessary repairs late at night as the storm began. This is a wonderful company, Glen, the owner, was in communication with me throughout the evening. Andre and his crew discovered the problem immediately, never complained about the weather and worked diligently. Andre had it fixed and by midnight we were up and running. Jamie was on time (early actually); very, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to determine and correct issue. Also provided information on what to look for in case of future problems. Went above & beyond!! Company is very reliable; would highly recommend them.
