Couldn't be any happier with the service! Showed up promptly and the technician was friendly willing to help solve the issue, which was a relatively simple fix, instead of upselling a new HVAC system which the previous contractor had pushed. It's important to work with a business you can trust. I would give them 6 stars if it were an option.

Dylan and Great White mechanical are the best in the business. Our AC went on the fritz, a friend referred them. They came out, gave and estimate, worked with us on our budget and got our unit up and running in no time. Thry did such a great job I referred them to 2 friends to get their hvac done. Real professionals.

We could not wish for better, more efficient, competent, and efficient service. After getting off the afternoon plane from Europe, there was no heat in the house and they came for an estimate in an hour. The problem was repaired the next morning. They permitted us to purchase equipment during supply chain problems, brought it to store in the basement, and returned 6 months later to install a new heating and air-conditioning system. Their staff members are professional, patient, explain, and help you understand. The company goes beyond what would expect from others. Are six stars possible? They have them from me and they twinkle!

Great White has replaced our hot water heater, installed an attic fan, and routinely services our furnace. Their service is prompt, thorough, friendly, and affordable. If you hire them, you know for sure you are hiring people you can trust, not just for one job, but consistently; we highly recommend them with no reservations.

I have used great white mechanical on several occasions for both my home, my business / manufacturing facility, and have referred him to several friends and neighbors. My business deals with all types of plumbers and mechanical contractors, but I always call Great White mechanical. Dylan, Harry, and all of his guys are always professional, priced competetively, and the work is of very high quality. I don't post many reviews but they really deserve the recognition. 5 Stars!!!

I've used Great White for several years now. In 2013 they installed a mini-split AC system after evaluating and recommending the best solution for my home. It was an excellent choice and I'm very happy with it.
Last winter my steam heat was malfunctioning. I called Great White, they came out the next day, diagnosed the problem (crack in the boiler), and arranged for an in-warranty replacement (the original installer was nowhere to be found.) They tested the new boiler, balanced the radiators to minimize clanging - all is good. No fuss, no muss.
I have maintenance contracts with Great White on both the AC system and the boiler and they've performed clean and check at pre-season.
I find Dylan and his Great White staff to be very professional - prompt call backs, punctual arrivals, they never leave a mess behind and always followup afterwards. Great company and people.

I had Great White Mechanical do a consult on an aging central air conditioning system followed by an install of a new compressor and air exchange unit. Everyone I dealt with was very prompt and professional. The install was completed on time and included removal of the old system, install of the new system and an update to our fuse box. The new system has been purring along without any issues for a full season. Very happy with the results.

The team at Great White is the best. I recently had my furnace replaced by Great White. I was in a big jam the furnace broke and the temperature was dipping below freezing for several days. I called Great White and they immediately sent out a technician that night to assess the heating system, I needed a new furnace. I received a fair quote that night and was scheduled for next day installation. The Great White team was at my home the next morning and by noon the furnace was installed and running, heating my home on a well below freezing day keeping my wife and kids warm on the coldest days so far this year 2020. The team was professional, courteous, neat, clean and abided by all COVID protocols. It was like they were never there except for the new furnace and warm comfortable home for my family. Great White installed a new Trane furnace. My husband and I are very happy to say we had a great experience! Dealing with Great White has been a pleasure; smooth and seamless. From scheduling, follow up, responsiveness, of course the work itself and cleanup. The team of workers that came to my house were respectful, considerate and worked hard to get the job done.

Great White helped me with my oil-to-gas conversion. They also arranged for the oil tank removal and replaced my hot water heater. It's an old house and they did a wonderful job. They were complimented by the office staff at my city building dept. as well as by the inspectors. The price was reasonable and I plan to use them for maintenance moving forward. I highly recommend Great White Mechanical.

Referred by my neighbor, who's been using them for ages. We had 2 AC companies out to find a refrigerant leak with no luck. We called and spoke to Larry, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Later that day, he sent Billy over and he dis-assembled our equipment - within 30 minutes Billy located our refrigerant leak and was able to repair it. It’s amazing the difference when you deal with a company who knows their stuff - saved me time and money.

We're located in an office building and when we moved in we last year knew it was just a question of time before the HVAC would give out. Great White didn't push, they said to maintain for a year and see how the system worked out. They maintained it for us and kept it going until the repairs weren't worth it anymore and they suggested we replace it, rather than continue to throw money at an old system that would need to be replaced soon anyway.

Though times are tough to get equipment, Great White was able to get us new equipment and replace our old system and install it on budget and in a reasonable amount of time. They also balanced the problem we had with temperature variances, by adding a zone. Now everyone is comfortable and the temperature throughout the office is stable.

Great White did their first job for us in 2014 - new heat and AC system with a couple extra ducts in an older home (circa 50's in Fort Lee). We upgraded to a new home and replaced the AC again with Great White.

Both experiences where great, no issues, staff was very professional and kept everything clean! We now use them for regular maintenance on our home and for a couple rental properties. Never an issue and always delivers on all work and schedules. Would highly recommend !

I've had a real struggle with contractors lately. Seems like everyone I call can't return my call and when they finally do the work I get is complete garbage done by someone who can barely communicate with me. Great white, not the case. I had them troubleshoot a broken AC. It took a while to get on their calendar but it was right as summer was kicking off and they're obviously in high demand, as they should be. They did excellent work at a fair price. These days you have to call a few contractors for any given job just to make sure you're not getting screwed but great white will get my first call from now on.

My experience with Great White is very positive. Their work is professional; their pricing is fair and their service is responsive and friendly. They have performed multiple installations of rooftop units on our commercial buildings and done excellent maintenance on both our commercial locations and our residence. I would highly recommend them! Clearly, a 5-star company!

I would highly recommend Great White Mechanical for your heating, air conditioning, hot water service. Today my hot water tank had a pipe that started to leak. The technician, Joel, showed up on time, was extremely polite and professional. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and the cost was fair. When I bought my house, 14 years ago, Dillon installed my furnace, hot water heater, and central-air conditioning! When the inspector came to do the inspection, he commented what a great job was done! I always know I can count on Great White Mechanical!
