Our sump pump motor broke and they came right away. We are always able to get a timely appointment when needed.

Karg's basically came with our 90 year old house, and we kept them on when we moved in. I'm glad we did. They are friendly and reliable. They deliver our heating oil, and they've also helped deal with issues we've had with our 40 year old boiler. Prices are reasonable too.

I live in Millington of Longhill township, over the years I’ve used Karg’s for a number a small and large jobs (faucets installation, water heater installation), been happy with them. Today I had them over to check out a drainage pipe leak in the basement, long story short, they found out it’s not a drainage pipe but a radon pipe, the leak was rain water from the roof. They did not charge me at all.

Called for an emergency service on a Sunday when I tried to overextend my plumbing knowledge. They were at my house within an hour and got the issue resolved. Prices are on par for the area for the year 2024.

I had an emergency because pressure regulator leak flooded my unit. Karg's plumbing promptly responded to my call. They assessed what needed to be changed and took care of my plumbing for a reasonable price. Will use them in again in future, if needed.

Total lifesaver. ABSOLUTELY recommended!

I called at 6:00 PM on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend after the main water shutoff valve to our townhouse got stuck in the "off" position. Mike got back to me within 5 minutes and was here on the job by 7:30. Got the valve replaced quickly and professionally and we have water again!

When Karg's says "Emergency Service 24/7", they mean it and they provide it. I can't say enough good things about Karg's!

Had new toilet installed in small area. Great toilet, they cleaned the area, quiet, efficient. Also fixed spout in tub. Again, spotless! Also fixed few small problems w/o asking! We have used them before and are always pleased. Highly recommend Karg's

Their quality of a water heater installation is good. There were dents in the water heater Karg's P&H installed but I doubt it would impact the function. The manner in which the work was carried out could use improvement. It's convenient that they're plumbers as one of the workers clogged our toilet shortly after arriving. They were able to rectify the issue but an impressive amount of mud was transported into the apartment in the process. The pricing is a bit confusing and seems higher than what competitors might offer. I'm not certain where the cost of 2 hours of labor was worked into the invoice but their statement is transposed below.

We used Karg's Plumbing & Heating to have a new water heater installed. They charge exorbitant prices for labor, and are not transparent about them. The plumber would not tell us what the water heater costed vs the labor. If he had told us what the labor cost, we would have went somewhere else.
Our neighbors warned us about this plumbing group when we told them about what happened. I recommend calling elsewhere.
