Contractor was here when he said he would be. The supervision of the roofers was continuous. Owner addressed any concerns I may have had during the work. Pricing was within the market range. When completed you would have never known they were here. The perimeter was cleaner after, then it was before. Fine work.

Called Biondo for a small leak in my roof. Sammy came out, found the issue, and patched it up. Great company and very reasonable pricing. Definitley will use again for future roof projects.

The communication between Sam and I was stellar. He set expectations and he always met them. I do not know the first thing about roofing or what to look for. Sam was thorough and clear with his explanation of the scenario. At no point did I feel he was talking over my head or trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I know that for any roofing project need I have, I will go straight to Sam and Biondo. As soon as he walked into my home he treated it as if it was his own home. There is no dollar amount you can place on that kind of integrity. I feel 100% confident to refer people I know to Biondo.

The contractor removed the old roof and installed the new roof on the
same day quickly and professionally. Prior to the work, Sam explained all and showed us product samples. They protected the house and shrubs and did a great cleanup job.
