MLM installed a new roof for us on 5/30/23. Kyrillos and his crew did a great, professional job. They started at 7 am and worked hard all day until completion at 5 PM. The roof looks great and they did a nice job cleaning up as well. Great job Kyrillos and crew. I’ll recommend MLM to friends and neighbors.

I recently had replace my old roof, and I was extremely impressed with their service from start to finish. Their initial estimate was clear and detailed. Communication throughout the project was excellent – they always kept me informed of the schedule and any updates. The roofing crew was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled. They completed the entire replacement in one day, as promised, and the quality of their work looks fantastic. I especially appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up the job site afterward; you wouldn't even know they had been there. Overall, I highly recommend MLM for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service.

Kyrillos and his team were very professional and did a great job on my new roof. The roof looks great! Kyrillos checked in with me several times on the day of installation and was very thorough. The crew arrived at 7am and worked extremely efficiently for two twelve hour days and never seemed to slow down. I really liked that they did not rush any of the install, they took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. The crew also spent a good deal of time ensuring the debris and everything was cleaned up. Some minor issues that came up during and after the roof install were immediately addressed. I will definitely recommend MLM to anyone from friends to neighbors.

Milan and his team did a great job ! They pulled up at 6:55 and was on the roof by 7AM , he made sure to inform me of anything extra he stumbled upon on my roof. I thought it would’ve took him more than one day to finish , but Milan told me he should have everything clean and done by 3, and they we’re done by 2:55 !!! Very professional thank you roof looks great !

Krillos & Team from MLM did an excellent job in my roof replacement project. Installation crew under Krillos arrived on time, well secured the premise and very professionally managed even on a cold weather. Really commendable their organization skills and the planning. MLM crew arrived early and and started prepping straightaway. Draping tarps to protect my landscaping. Then began their work. Kyrillos walked me through what was to be done and between him and Charles my concerns were put to rest. The crew worked seamlessly and completed the roof in record time removing an old attic fan, patching the area and putting in a ridge vent. The crew cleaned up all the debris. You would not have known they were there. Kyrillos again walked me through when complete to ensure everything was satisfactory. I am so pleased. I would highly recommend MLM Home Improvement, Charles, Kyrillos & this crew.

Milan the Project Manager greeted me and introduced himself as soon as he was onsite, he & his crew were fast & efficient. I am pleased with the way the roof installation went & the way they cleaned my property when they were finished. Would highly recommend !!!

Super nice team, quality materials and quality job.

I got a full roof replacement in a single day. They showed up at 7am and were done by 3pm.
Spencer called before and after and guided me at every step of the process. They left the place spotless and were super nice to deal with.
Every penetration flashing was done perfectly, no leaks. No extra or hidden charges.

Kyrillos and his crew were very professional and did a great job on the roof and siding. They were very attentive to the job and their work is excellent. My family and I are very satisfied with their work. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Great experience! Crew arrived exactly at 7:00am like they said and got to work right away. They were completed within a few hours . John and project manager were great with communication. For future clients, I would recommend leaving the house earlier or at the expected time so you’re not stuck in the house. It was difficult trying to track someone down off the roof to exit. John helped us file a claim through our insurance company which made us get a new roof added an affordable cost. Referred this company to a few of my coworkers. Extremely happy with the results

I could not be happier with my new roof! Milan the project manager and George head of the crew completed my roof with precision, respect of my property, and in a timely manner. The company took pictures of my property before they started and returned all furniture, BBQ, plants and garden accessories to their exact place. The difference with this company is their attention to detail. Milan checked in after removal of old roof and then kept me updated throughout the process. They also were meticulous with the clean up and especially the nails. They used blowers to clean up the ground and my property looks immaculate. You could tell the crew worked together and were experienced knowing what each was doing. They all were so pleasant and it was 85degrees!

Competitors did neighbors roof less than a month ago and nails are still a problem. Pieces of shingles were in my yard and there was no clean up.

My sales lead Mike was unbelievable from start to finish. The communication from this company also sets them apart. They were above and beyond efficient respecting my time and making the process seamless. Before and after photos. I have already called for windows based on experience with roof.

MLM provided one of the best contracting experiences I have ever had. It started with a sales person who was going door to door in my neighborhood. I was in the front of my house when Vasilios approached me. He was so polite and professional that I actually stopped what I was doing to listen. He went up on my roof and when he returned he discussed in detail the condition of my roof and the next steps that he would take to get authorization through my insurance as I had definite storm damage. My insurance agent was very poor with responding and gave him the run around unnecessarily. But he was persistent and got my roof approved. He met with me again , went over the contract, shingles colors and warranty, he was great. Once my job was scheduled the company kept intouch and when a earlier date became available, they did not hesitate to offer it to me.
They kept in touch every step of the way. The supplies were delivered when scheduled, The roofers were at my house and started working at 7am sharp. The project manager Garry was on site and touched based to keep me updated when there was a slight deviation to the plan. He also let me know when they were finished and what things to lookout for, and what was normal and to be expected. Garry was also very professional and knowledgeable and willingly answered all of my questions. The team was amazing, worked non stop, including cleaning up when they were done.
I purchased the black oynx and I personally think it looks amazing. I would highly recommend MLM to anyone who needs a new roof.
