Had minisplit systems installed, had no issues, work was done clean, quickly and professionally. consideration was taken for the install locations, and the appearance of the install.
The electricians doing the electrical work, Carlos and David were friendly, efficient, and also considerate, going above and beyond to keep the work clean and hidden when possible. They really did work efficiently and professionally. The installers for this company seem to all be good people who care and are knowledgeable about their work.

I set up an assessment with Vince. This company was recommended to me by Home Depot. Vince really helped me out by adjusting his hours to come during the weekday when I get off of work by 6:30 PM and he Was very detailed, very professional I felt heard he asked me what my issue was and what I experienced . I was able to express and tell him all the issues I’m having he looked in my attic and quickly realize what the issue was and help me understand next steps to get it fixed and he really went above and beyond to help me with my issue. As someone who has no idea about heating AC insulation anything like that he did a great job In explaining in a way, I could understand what’s going on and provided the documentation that I need To get the items I need fixed , he was really great. I recommend him , definitelygo with Vince specifically for your needs.! He’s a very nice guy and really took care of my house and was careful even attentive to little debris that fell from my attic a very caring person.

After experiencing a series of issues with my old combi boiler setup, I was initially frustrated and uncertain about next steps. The team at Pro Energy Solutions took the time to investigate thoroughly and eventually replaced the entire system with a new Weil-McLain Simplicity combi boiler.

Since the installation, everything has been running smoothly — consistent hot water, reliable heating, and no pressure-related issues. The system has been a huge improvement, and I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process.

What stood out most was their willingness to make things right. It’s clear they value their reputation and care about long-term customer satisfaction. I’m grateful for their follow-through and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a trusted HVAC partner.

Two visits were needed for the oil furnace tune up and the subsequent repair. Each time, the technician and his assistant explained everything while being competent and courteous.

TL:DR: Use these guys! They are great!

OK, the full story. Just over 11 years ago our central air system broke. The reason for that early demise of a well-built 30-year-old system was in part to poor installation (our townhouse was built by three (3) drunken monkeys and a flamingo on crack cocaine) - the original coolant lines were run through the concrete patio, without a sleeve, and there were dozens of "90-degree" bends in the lines.

Flash forward to the beginning of May when we figured out that we can actually swing getting the system replaced, so we did what every good homeowner does; we investigated, got quotes, and knew what we wanted and what our budget was.

Four (4) companies came out to visit our humble abode, the first one came highly recommended by a close friend, who I liked, but did not provide a quote until the evening I green-lit Pro Energy Solutions (more one them shortly). The other two (2) I felt uncomfortable with, to the point where I thought his whole pitch seemed sketchy.

We connected with Pro Energy Solutions through Home Depot. Now, I will clearly state that their price was higher than the highly recommended guy by a few hundred bucks (after you factor in everything), but Pro Energy Solutions was the ONLY installer to provide THREE (3) QUOTES! An economical, mid-range, and high-range system, the latter two (2) are backed their for TEN (10) YEARS compared to 5, and their labor for THREE (3) YEARS compared to 1-2 years (for the low-end/competitors quote). Additionally, they were able to get me on the schedule within 5 days, where the other contractor told me it could be a week or two.

In addition, Pro Energy Solutions has a 24 hour service line, but I hope I never have to use it.

Their installers came out early on a Monday, and although there were MINOR (very MINOR) issues with the accessories, everything went amazingly well; now I had them back out 2-days later for the aforementioned minor issues, and their guys found and corrected a few things they felt would be better to just address now, rather than have the chance of an issue in the future.

Now, that 2nd visit was yesterday (June 13. 2018), and I've not run the furnace yet, but they assured me they will address any potential issues should they arise without any fuss come winter; and I trust their word.

VERY HAPPY!! Not only was the work done prior to the heat-wave we're about to get hit with, but the level of customer care and attention to the details, makes me very happy that I paid a few extra bucks for quality!

Quality oil burner installed. Disposed 40 year old burner. There were some challenges along the way but it was addressed and quickly resolved. Awsome crew.

I had to replace my furnace during some very cold winter days. Pro Energy responded to my call quickly and scheduled an install the next day. The installers did a fast and professional job, they got the new unit in and the heat working within 4 hours. I was impressed!

I got several estimates for replacement of a central A/C system, and the technician from Pro Energy, Carmine, made a thorough review. He recommended what needed to be replaced, and more importantly, what did not need to be replaced. The job was scheduled within days (important during the summer). The installers did, it seemed, a professional job and everything works fine.

Great company with quality service technicians. Had an issue with my boiler for heating. They came out and solved my issue quickly. Would definitely recommend their services for any heating and cooling issues you have.

I just replace my air conditioner & furnace system with Pro Energy Solutions. The two installers were prompt , polite and keep the work site clean throughout the installation. I was very pleased with their hard work and attention to details. However , I was surprised about the additional cost for a replacement & warranty service fee that was not discussed at my initial estimate meeting. Otherwise, the installers did a great job and would recommend them to others.
