I have been using SavATree for years and they are the best!! Jody the arborist for my area is terrific. He responds quickly. The estimates are fair and he always works to get the job done in the most effective way. He certainly knows his trees and has helped me with all sorts of yard and tree issues. He is a true professional and a really nice guy!!!

The SavATree crew was prompt and completed the planned work directly. There was a challenge in working around the electric service line entangled with a tree. They solved the problem along with pruning two trees that had grown to impinge on each other. And they cleaned up all the prunings and clippings! -- Hire them!

We started working with Stacie Phelps shortly after we purchased a property with many mature trees. Stacie has vast knowledge as a certified arborist, and she has educated me about our bushes, plants and trees so we can properly care for them. She has patiently walked me through what should be done due to safety concerns vs. cosmetic considerations. Stacie further worked with me to stay within our budget. She has been out to our property several times, always taking ample time to answer all of my questions. Stacie is easy to talk to and explains things for a laypersons understanding. Her assistant, Janet completes her team and keeps things running on the office side. We look forward to working with Stacie for years to come, and are very confident that our trees are receiving the highest quality care.

We had a wonderful experience with SavATree! They stepped in and saved the day when another tree service left us high and dry, they did the work ahead of schedule, they were neat, fast, reasonable, and very nice. Their arborist Jody Huxter is extremely knowledgeable, all my calls and emails were returned promptly. I highly recommend this company, they were a pleasure to deal with.

SavATree, Stacie, and the entire team have been fantastic to work with. Our lawn looks amazing--best on the block according to our neighbors. We moved in last summer and inherited a bit of a mess. Stacie gave an excellent consultation, which I still reference a year later, and made very practical recommendations that involved both me taking simple steps to improve our lawn and garden as well as SavATree's intervention. They aerated, reseeded, removed some nuisance saplings, cut back a spruce tearing up our roof, and continue to manage pests. We have been totally happy with their service. They come and go without a fuss, leave detailed follow up instructions if needed, and check in regularly. I will continue to recommend SavATree to anyone!

Stacie was very helpful and professional in giving us consulting about trees on our property. We have one tree that looked particularly dangerous and she laid out the conditions that were impacting the tree and what our options would be in terms of remediation or removal. For the other trees on our property she gave us very specific information as to what we should consider doing to ensure their health and safety.

Communication with the office and directly with Stacie was timely and professional. They set me up with an appointment quickly and made sure to follow up in the days leading to the appointment.

Jody is so quick to respond and wonderful to work with! We had a large tree fall in our backyard during a recent storm and within 24hrs he was on our property to check the damage and came back with his crew a few days later to take the tree away. Amazing customer service!

Stacey is a gem! She came to our home quickly and offered a thorough and reasonable assessment of what we needed to do. She's not pushy and won't try to pressure you into services you don't want/need, but she really knows her stuff and I trusted her completely. The results speak for themselves. Our ailing tree is much healthier now, and the tree trimming she oversaw came out great. Some of my neighbors noticed the quality of the work and asked for Stacey's contact info. I have interacted with dozens of companies throughout the renovation of our home and property these last few years. Most have been decent, some have been great, and others have been a nightmare. I have not felt compelled to write a review for any of them. Then comes Stacie Phelps-a tree savior sent from the heavens! Last summer I had a terrible experience with a big landscaping outfit and was left feeling completely ripped off and misinformed. A large area of newly planted evergreens was looking worse each week-and all I would hear from the company that planted them was "they are fine!". They were not fine..I knew it but I needed an expert opinion to diagnose the problem and present a plan of action. I looked around online and quickly was attracted to SavATree after reading all the 5 Star reviews. Stacie met with me the next day and quickly assessed the situation. She pointed out that the lower branches of the trees were buried under the mulch-which was suffocating the trees-slowly killing them by the day. She patiently explained how the trees should have been planted and how best to lower the grade of the mulch to save them. I was able to call a trusted landscaper who carried out her instructions the very next day. Stacie also recommended a Kelp treatment and proper watering schedule-and was able to get her crew out within days to give the trees the nutrients they so desperately needed. Within a few weeks-the trees made a full recovery from sad and dying to happy and thriving-and they are still looking great over a year later. This year I planted several more trees in my backyard and immediately called Stacie for her expert opinion. The tree farm was telling me I did not need to irrigate, my sprinkler guy was telling me to irrigate every day-who do I trust? That right there is the value of a true HONEST professional like Stacie. She is an encyclopedia of knowledge and she shares it with her clients in the most passionate, genuine, and trustworthy way imaginable. Most other professionals who are offering services to home owners will prioritize making the sale over all else-and it often ends up hurting everyone involved. Stacie takes a unique approach that simply works. She shares her knowledge and is completely honest in her assessments and suggestions. If something is good and does not need fixing-she will tell you to leave it alone. And when she sees something that is or could become a problem-she will inform you-not push you-into utilizing the services she suggests. This allows her customers to be at ease-not on the defensive-and it ends up working out for everyone. This is how a professional relationship should work! It is a huge comfort to know that if I have a problem with my property-I don't have to worry about who to call and what to trust. I just call Stacie.. And you should too!

I had SavATree come by to evaluate a sad looking tree on our property. They recommended removal and even though the tree was very close to the house, they removed it quickly and without a problem. They went above and beyond in helping me navigate the tree remove permit process for my town, and even left behind some cut logs of the old tree at our request. The cedar logs smell great.

Her dedication to her work is evident in the advice she gives and the job that gets done. Her assistant, Janet, is incredibly helpful and manages the logistics quickly and efficiently. The techs who come and do the actual work of pruning and/or trimming are skilled and efficient, as well.

I have worked with Ryan Case for years regarding general care for our lawn and trees and shrubs. I highly recommend Ryan and the teams of people he has brought to work on our property. To a person those that have worked on the property are knowledgeable, professional and treat what is ours as if it were their own. Ryan is very responsive. I highly recommend working with him as an arborist who will utilize all the tools SavATree has to ensure a high quality outcome.

Arborist Jody Huxter was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the condition of the trees on our property. His crew arrived on time, completed the punch list of each and every tree-even carefully accessed my neighbor's property with large bucket truck-taking care not to damage their lawn, shrubs and trees, cleaned up every branch in both yards (my lawn is cleaner than when they arrived! ) and were on their way. Jody followed up by phone 2 hours after the job was completed to make sure we were happy. SavATree is now on speed dial for our future tree needs and tops to recommend to friends & neighbors. I've trusted Ryan with our tree care needs for six years now, and I'm grateful for his expertise. He explains his recommendations in an accessible way, and while tree services are pricey, I always feel like we're on the same page in terms of the needs we're prioritizing. I look forward to Ryan's annual visits to our property, as chatting with him is always pleasant. His team is courteous, too, and I've always been satisfied with their work.

Sava Tree does an outstanding job on my lawn and shrubs. They listen when i have concerns and answer all my questions. A supervisor will visit when i want to show him something and they always have a solution. The people who do the applications are excellent and if i have special request (such as to not spray an area because i spread new seed ), they are happy to follow these requests. A great compsny who will always try yo satisfy their customers. Highly recommend. My lawn and shrubs are heslthy snd look grrat.

A real company. They quote you. Do the work. It’s affordable and they call you back and make sure you’re satisfied. Their arborist is a pro. If you have trees that you cherish, call them maintenance. You need it.

Jody and his crew did a great job trimming a large oak tree + others around our property. The trees look great! He also took the time during the initial consult to teach me about the trees and the different options they have available. We didn’t go with everything, nor did he pressure me / up-sell me. Will definitely be working with SavATree again in the future!
