Light It Up Electric upgraded my electrical service panel because I kept losing power. The technician was on time. He even called me a few minutes before he got there to let me know he was in the area. Once he got there, he explained everything he was going to do so I could understand the process. He made sure all my questions were answered! I would definitely recommend Light It Up Electric to anyone needing electrical services. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Rashawn did a fantastic job with the work I requested. Additionally, everyone else over at Light It Up was very responsive and flexible when it came to scheduling and some last minute changes (there were a couple). Would highly recommend.

I would use this company as my goto electrician for anything i need completed. They always answered any questions i had. They installed my lift and chandelier as well my wall sconces. I also had outside outlets and extra basement outlets installed. The guys cleaned up any leftover mess and stood behind there work 100%. I would always recommend them to someone looking to get electrical work done and they offer a fair price unlike a few other companies. Definite A+++. Thank you...

I like Juan. He’s a nice guy. When we first did business, I was 8 1/2 months pregnant. I just had gotten a crazy Line of Credit. I wanted to use the credit card for his services, opposed to cash. So I had a property rewired, and when it was time to pay I couldn’t figure out how to liquidate the money on the card. Why? He doesn’t take credit cards. He doesn’t have swipe or anything. I think he should offer other payment options for the fact that he considers himself running a professional business. Any who, I figure out how to get cash from the card. I pay him his portion. Now he takes payments. You do not pay all up front. You pay as you go. He chops the payment up like that. That’s the way his business is structured. So now we’re on the last payment and I was in the hospital. I had given birth but I was readmitted 3 days after giving birth. My husband literally had to take me to the hospital early in the morning because it was that bad. So I know Juan had to be paid but I didn’t have my wallet. I had nothing. I was in the ICU, and my husband had our 3 day old newborn. Due to the baby being his first born, he was not allowing anyone to watch the baby. Okay so all of this is going on and I still have to pay Juan. I was hospitalized for 3 days. I get home and I’m gathering my thoughts and am ready to pay. I pay him. He says that he has to go back in to finish up. So my husband go let him in to the property. My husband said that he had taken the electrical box out of the house. He told my husband that he thought that I was trying to stiff him for his money. Lol.

I laugh about this when I think about it. Only because it’s not who I am and it’s funny to me when people have a poor perception of me.

The wiring process was smooth and it was done perfectly. Yes, I would absolutely use him again. Actually, I did. I had him come back to the property to hang the light fixtures and smoke detectors. That time he had a long speech with me about previous business exchange. So to make him feel better about doing business with me, I paid him the full amount up front. We both walked away satisfied.

Go to Juan for your electrical work. He is good at what he does and he is very organized.

These guys were great, Rashawn was very knowledgeable and his experience and professionalism really showed.
Their workmanship was spot on and they work fast and clean. They made me feel as though they couldn't do enough for me, I had so many obstacles to overcome getting this shop up and running; ( heater guys destroying light fixtures, water damage ) they repaired the fixture for me no questions asked! I couldn't ask for better customer service to say the least, all I can say is I will have light it up do all my future projects! Highly recommended!

This company came highly recommended and let me say that I was not disappointed. I needed outdoor lighting installed as well as had some other electrical issues and I was thoroughly pleased. The repairman was on time, friendly and at a fair price. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family! Thanks for the great service and great quality of work!

I called at least 10 companies … the ONLY company to come… I miss placed it in hour and 15 minutes from me and they still came!!!Rashawn was excellent and Michele for responding so Quickly!

We have used this company for issues and we think they hire the best.
They are extremely professional and helpful. I was trying to leave a message and the mail box was full. However,
Rashawn Woods had seen my calls and called back promptly and resolved the issue with the gas range not lighting up.

This was the second time we used this company and the gentleman (Dan) who came then also was very professional and resolved the issue.

I am so glad we have a quality company with great people who we can depend on.

Job was partially completed due to the ongoing price changes that kept on happening until the day of the job.

first time when he had to come, didn't show up and said he is stuck in traffic, second time he told me he will come next day and then when I called he said he was on vacation and claimed that he said next friday and not this friday. Wrong. he said to be in a phone call he is coming tomorrow.

I showed him his message about a quote he gave me, and then he said it was WITHOUT material. ?as if customers ask to get quotes without material.

Messaged him again on thumbtack and he blocked because now I cannot leave a review.

Please take reviews on thumbtack seriously as when I asked him about the reviews he said "these reviews don't mean anything". I still went a head with him now realized to take reviews seriously on thumbtack.

Their website clearly says to lower by 10% any quotes from other companies. He doesn't respect that himself.

I needed a call back for service on a broken light switch. I told the girl all my information..... including what problem I was having with my light. She said she could not get in touch with anyone and that someone would call me back, they did not. She was also trying to get my email and address. I told her I am in Marlton and will provide exact addr once a service call is scheduled. I did not feel it was necessary to give my email out, since I had not even spoken to anyone yet. How do you stay in business if you don't call prospective customers back? PS... I'm still waiting for my phone call. And by the way,,, I have no voice mails. So if you called and it rang and rang she must have given you the wrong phone number. That's her bad, not mine.

Had an appointment scheduled for 4pm-5pm and no one showed up.
