Sam came to the house after another company told us the whole furnace needed changed and asked for 6500 to do it. Sam actually cleaned and tested the unit and perfect working order for $150. On time, nice, put covers on shoes when came inside. Would highly recommended.

8/12/2023 was the second time using this company in the last two years. We called because I was impressed by their first visit. Our AC quit running and we called at 6a.m. and he said he would get to us today even though he had a full day of jobs lined up. He gave his word and followed through. He got to the house after normal working hours around 7p.m. and had the AC up and running by 8p.m.. That speaks volumes on his work ethic, character, and how he goes the extra mile for his customers.

First Sam put us right at ease. One of the biggest purchases you will have to buy for your home so we again were nervous but Sam calmed us down. He was the only company to take measurements and not go the cookie cutter route the 5 other estimates we got took.
He built the right system for our house. After not having air from June until September it cooled the house and pulled the humidity right out.
The work is beautiful the equipment you can see is installed with care and everywhere he and his team worked he cleaned up right away.
Me and the wife are very happy.

He was very transparent about the work he was doing and explained everything he was doing to me. He went above and beyond by fixing a minor electrical issue for us. Sam came over within 45 minutes of sending a post out on a Saturday evening in the rain. I was expecting to have to get a new compressor installed, but Sam found the problem within a couple minutes, he then inspected the unit and found several over problems that he was able to fix on the spot. Sam did exceptional job with HVAC unit. Installed new thermostat (Wi-fi enabled) and took the whole system to new advance level. Also, installed centralized Humidifier to save on light bill. Service is highly recommended.

During installation, he observed damaged AC supplied and he got it replaced with vendor on free of cost. I have never noticed the broken part if he didn't inform me the same. Thank you Sam for the extra care you took for us.

I had a very old furnace and Ac system that was well past needing replacement. Of course I procrastinated and waited until it broke down to see about replacing it. I called on a Sunday evening and they came out the very next morning to give me an estimate. They gave a fair honest price up front. After giving the go ahead they took all the necessary measurements and returned a few days later for the install. The new system works great and you can tell that while they get the job done quick they take take the time to make sure things are installed correctly. If you need a good quality HVAC company I would definitely recommend Advanced.

Sam came to house on Sunday when others in the HVAC business did not return our call even though their website stated they were open for emergency services. He assessed the problem and determined the best route forward which was to replace the dying part. Sam returned and fixed our AC unit and the pricing was very competitive. To date, we have no issues with the completed work. We will use Advanced Heating & Air LLC in the future for our HVAC issues.

Advanced Heating and Air was there when we needed them. Called Sam at Advanced Heating and Air when we needed a new air conditioner as the old one stopped working. Sam showed up on a Sunday to assess what was needed and gave us a some options. Once we decided, he gave us a fair and competitive price. As promised Sam showed up and installed the new unit. Sam was recommended by a friend. He didn't know me nor anything about me. He listened to my HVAC problem and agreed to fix it the next day. I had spent almost $600 up to this point and had another company set to come out in a few days. He diagnosed the problem and called me about a half hour after he got to my house. He was very reasonably priced and I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for an honest, responsive HVAC mechanic.

Sam is a personable & competent specialist who just finished installing a new HVAC system for us in our home. We needed a crane to get the main unit to the attic and he handled all the details so that everything went smoothly.
