Quick service! Pleasant interaction with employees!!! A storm moved thru and our Generac gave us power just a few hours of your tech left!!

Ryan, the electrician came to the rescue 2 times now as one of my ptac units weren’t responding and both times were able to reprogram the switch board to fix the problem. I previousLy have had other electricians lie to me saying a part needed to be replaced which would’ve cost me triple the amount had I listened to them. Thankfully I called Dalton Electric again to help and they are honest and very professional. Every time Ryan comes in with shoe coverings and really shows that he cares and respects your home meanwhile he works fast to diagnose the problem and gives the best solution. Thank you!

Additionally, I was very pleased because of below reasons:
Jeisson Ramirez from Dalton EPHC was very professional and deliberate in his service.
In addition, he explained the purpose and the process required to complete each step of his work.
He was polite and considerate, kept his shoes covered for the time he was within our premises; i.e., keeping the shoe covers only for inside use.

Learned a lesson the hard way after hiring a “pro” from Angi for an electrical project—that person not only installed everything incorrectly but damaged our cooling unit as well. Dalton came out and re-repaired everything the right way and fixed our AC unit as well. This time we needed outdoor lights installed. Dalton came out in a timely manner, and had everything installed perfectly. We won’t ever use anyone else but them from now on—they are our go-to pros!

Spoke with Kevin, who quickly sent out a tech after the basement here flooded.

Pat, the tech who came here, inspected everything and made sure the hot water heater and furnace were back on, gave us guidance on how to proceed with the appliances (washer/dryer) and was prompt to admit that it wasn't in their scope of expertise, yet he was still very helpful.

He was very good about explaining things in a patient way (helpful when one hasn't gotten much sleep) and didn't take on a condescending tone at any moment. Quite the contrary, had a very human, patient, even kind, approach.

Didn't get the sense that they were looking for opportunities to pad the bill. If anything, he seemed to be looking for ways to get things working again in the most straightforward way possible.

I wish others in their field would take a note from Dalton's playbook and realize that, while they may not be charging a boatload of money now, that Dalton's approach has earned them someone who will most certainly be calling on them again when doing any other job in their line of work and very highly recommending them to others.

I've heard nightmare stories of price-gouging/bill padding/just plain rude and condescending behaviors of other plumbing/HVAC/electrical "professionals" and have even experienced some of it first-hand (especially when some seem to think "Oh, female = clueless," and that they'll be having a field day, which later backfires on them...). That's why it was such a breath of fresh air to see Dalton's and, in particular, Pat's approach. Good, kind guy who provided honest service.

As tired as I feel right now after the nightmare of a night we had here, I felt the need to bring attention to this company and their tech.

To the Dalton team: thank you for showing us that honesty and plumbing/electrical work can and *do* go hand in hand.

Dalton responded immediately to an emergency at my Day care and worked hard to fix the situation quickly. The crew is amazing, very professional yet friendly and personable. Phil and William got my school temporary heat right away all the while working to replace our burner.The parents at my school were impressed with the heater they provided also, as it was safe and very effective. Because of them, we didn't miss a beat, keeping the school toasty warm, safe and open! The job was completed as they said it would be, and we now have a shiny new efficient furnace!
The work site was left impeccably clean which I appreciate. This is a true 5 star company and I will recommend them to everyone.Thank you from all of us, big and little at YBR!

The techs are very professional respectful young men. In addition to great communication from the start. It was a pleasure working with Kevin and Phil from the office who maintained great communication. My electrical panel was upgraded and I’m very satisfied with the clean and neat job. Kevin and Ryan were fantastic through the process. I had a hard time with town inspections not wanting to come out for inspection during the pandemic which Kevin was able to resolve within minutes!
Ryan completed the work with a helper (sorry I forgot his name). They were extremely courteous, cleaned up everything, and even wore shoe covers when entering my home, placed a large door mat outside to not track dirt in, drop cloths Over rugs, etc.

I called Dalton’s office at 8:01 and Phil was here before 9:00. Phil was low key friendly, professional and repaired our problem within minutes. He charged for a service call which was reasonable. Will definitely recommend Dalton to others. Thank you Phil.
