They saved my life - my dryer stopped working because of a clog in the vent. Anthony, our tech, came right away and had the whole problem solved in less than 20 minutes. Reasonably priced & professional.

Said did such a fantastic job cleaning all of our ducts and the dryer vent. He is such a pleasure to work with and I learned so much. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to Madison, NJ and had a consistent smell of ash coming from my fireplace. The first company I called (which was NOT Duct Pro) quoted me $120 for the cleaning, arrived and tried to charge me $850. I was not pleased.

I then called Duct Pro Cleaning and dealt with Adam. Adam couldn't have been more professional. He took his time to explain the issues I was experiencing with my chimney/fireplace and the best way to fix them. His services were extremely reasonably priced. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the job was completed.

I plan to use him for AC vent cleaning as well. Five Star Recommendation.

I was very pleased with Anthony and his team. They did an excellent job of repairing my dryer exhaust and I would recommend them to do duct cleaning etc. on time courteous and reasonable.

The 2 guys that came out to clean did an excellent. They had shoe caps and every single time they stepped back in the house they would cover the shoes. After they finished cleaning the vents they vacum the areas that they worked on. They also sent before and after pictures. Also responsive and reliable. I recommend them and definitely will use them again in the future.

Saeed was incredibly professional, capable and dedicated. Took true pride and ownership while helping us clean our HVAC and chimney to improve our indoor air quality. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I actually was impressed by the reviews and hired this company sight unseen. Adam was professional, knowledgeable and courteous when making my appointment. John came today wearing a mask and shoe coverings, and worked hard to clean my chimney and dryer vent. I asked if I should have him come back yearly and he said not for 2 years. His honesty was impressive. I will certainly use this company again.

Gotta tell ya, the two techs who came to our house were terrific. We had had our entire home freshly painted so we were very concerned about them dragging hoses around, etc. They were extremely careful, used corned guards to protect the walls, foot coverings (esp. appreciated since we just had all new hardwood installed), they swept up and vacuumed after themselves -- they did as I would have done it. Great service for air duct cleaning.

The company was very quick in responding to my quote request and their price is very reasonable. Anthony and Justin, the technicians, were punctual, very courteous and efficient. Anthony called to give me a heads up on their expected arrival time, which was much appreciated. We will be working with Duct Pro again in the future!

Going with DuctPro was a really smart choice. Our DuctPro associate Said was fantastic, and explained the process to us and showed us the before and after views. We were genuinely surprised by how much dust and debris were in a relatively newly installed HVAC unit. By the time Said was done, everything was spotlessly clean. He was on time, very courteous with the shoe cover and very thorough with his work.

Had them clean out our ducts after ten years in a new construction home. Anthony and team did a thorough job explaining the process and then cleaning the ducts. We actually had some residual sawdust/soot from the construction of the home that was sitting on the vents and they came back and cleaned those too to ensure nothing would blow out of the vents except air. Anthony was so accommodating and understanding and we’d highly recommend them.

From the start of setting the appointment to the service completion, this company was great to work with. The gentleman who provided the service was professional, respectful, humble, and extremely hard working. This is the company I will work with going forward. I highly recommend. Will be sharing this recommendation across the neighborhood Facebook groups.
