It's a shame they ghosted us after a consultation. Why bother coming to someone's house, spending an hour with us, taking measurements and then tell us you will send us a quote just to ghost us? Shame, because the guy who came seemed cool. Also, they advertise "dream kitchens" starting at $11K with a lavish photo of some beautiful kitchen on Facebook ads. When I asked about it, I was told that's for a simple basement kitchen with just 8 cabinets. So, how is that not false advertising. Dream kitchen isn't in a basement for a rental studio. You may have 5 stars reviews, but please do better not treating people like this. If you didn't wanna take on this project, you could have at least said so, or send me some crazy high price so you know it would be out of my budget.
