I'm appalled by their performance. They sent a technician to my building to diagnose an issue with the roof condenser during a heatwave, and the guy admitted on the spot that he'd left his ladder elsewhere. He promised to return the next day with it to fix the problem.

The next day, I followed up to confirm the appointment, but all I got was a flippant text saying he couldn't make it because he had too many calls - essentially blowing me off. This lack of professionalism and poor planning left my tenant without air conditioning for an unacceptable amount of time.
