From big jobs to small jobs Frank De Riso & Sons are excellent. Recently needed a gas line installed to convert a wood burning fireplace. Not an easy task, because the room with the fireplace is on a slab, and they did such a great job! Reliable and professional. They worked along my timeline (which was tight, so I appreciate that!), and I was able to coordinate with my fireplace installers and town officials to complete my permit requirements, thanks to their flexibility and care. These guys are top notch, I would confidently recommend them.

I was looking for a certified Leak Defense Automatic Whole House Shut-Off installer, and Frank De Riso & Sons were one of the few that called me back. It just so happened my expansion tank on my water heater failed, and Mike was quick to come out first thing on a Monday morning to swap out the tank. He was then able to quote me for the Leak Defense install labor. Mike and Andrew did the install and calibration in about 3 hours. The final bill was exactly as the quote. They were professional and did clean work.

I am writing this somewhat reluctantly as so far I am satisfied with the job Patrick did installing my indirect water heater. A small part (PVC) he changed saying its cost was around $75 appeared on my bill as $144. I have tried to sort this out with Gregg who does the office work, billing etc., but to no avail; poor customer service leaves a bad taste, it's not even the money part but more about the principle of it. Very sad!

Frank deriso plumbing installed heating system as part of our kitchen renovation last year. This winter the system was not working. We called them three times with no return call. The third time I called them they told me I should get another plumber to look at it. Unbelievable, they didn’t even have the decency to call me back. Aweful!! Quick to collect money but they don’t want to fix a system they installed less than year ago. Would give them negative rating if I could

DeRiso installed our water heater 1.5 yrs ago. Recently it broke. However it was still under warranty. When we called DeRiso, it took them 3 days to respond and then they sent us a hefty bill. What’s the point of a warranty? I would not recommend them to my family or friends.
