We recently had our gutters replaced after being in our house for 23 years with one gutter replacement several years ago. Anthony was our project manager, and he was clear about the process from the beginning. One major hiccup we faced was after the old gutters were torn down, we were informed that we had poor fascia attached to wood that was partially rotted, and that all fascia and soffits would need to be replaced. While not the news anyone wants to receive, we did understand that we have been here for a long time and gutters/fascia/soffits are not something that every homeowner thinks about on a daily basis. After getting over this pain, Anthony worked with us and gave us a fair price for the additional work. The crews used to tear down and then install new aluminum fascia and soffits started in the afternoon one day, and they were finished early afternoon the next day - and then we realized the gutter install team was already halfway done when we looked. The crews were excellent all the way around, the timing was efficient and the overall pricing was very fair. Anthony kept us informed at every step and was a good overall manger for the project. I would definitely use them again for other projects.

Top Superior did a great job on my siding. The crew was on time, worked fast, and kept everything clean the whole time. The siding came out really clean and looks way better than before. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend them if you need siding work done.
