Wayne replaced a mini split in my home. His communication was great, which is hard to find in a contractor! His price was fair, he showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Wayne and his team hauled away my old unit, cleaned up and were a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend and will definitely call again if I need HVAC work.

Solid work, they showed up fast and did the job fast too!

This is what I have to say. Not my house. I was just there. The roofer (not their fault) hit the Freon line. Wayne’s HVAC came to the rescue. This wonderful guy came same day he got the 911 call. After his long work day he came to help. Getting here at 6:30pm Probably missing dinner time with his family. He was so polite and friendly. It took about 2 hours to fix what the 1st HVAC guy hacked and the roofer damaged . He is dedicated to his craft and very professional! He also likes cats. That is all.

Called Wayne for an emergency repair of a Freon line that was punctured. He came out late in the day and did a great job with fair pricing and a professional pleasure to deal with. The line needed to be repaired and rerouted to rafter board in attic, 8 lbs Freon pumped back in system. Definitely he is my HVAC regular maintenance company. I highly recommend Wayne’s HVAC!

The owner Wayne is a good person, he installed our new HVAC system, he was way cheaper than the other quote's I got, and the installation was very good, he ran all the duct work and explained me where we need more ducts, I was very happy with the service.
Recently I got some work done to the house and the worker by mistake nailed the ac wire in the basement wall, and the ac stopped working, I called wayne and he came located the wire fixed the wire and checked the system while he was already there! I am super happy that I went with Wayne's HVAC!

I called Wayne when I was having trouble with my AC unit. He was very nice on the phone and arrival time was as expected. He was very helpful and explained everything to me as I didn’t know much about AC issues and maintenance. His prices are reasonable and I have highly recommended him to others. We had a problem with our heating/cooling unit. We called someone else and they replaced the thermostat but we still had an issue with the unit not working properly. We then called Wayne (who we should have called first) and explained the situation. He immediately said over the phone that the thermostat was not the problem. He came over, examined the unit, and said the heating/cooling unit needed to be cleaned, reset and have rountine maintenance done. It took him less than half an hour, explained what we needed to do to keep unit running efficiently, and gave us some useful information about how different thermostats function. The unit is now working perfectly. Very good guy, personable and very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Wayne's HVAC. Our furnace was in need of replacement after breaking down during the coldest week of the year. Wayne fit me into his schedule and checked it out shortly after I called. Other companies were telling me they couldn't help out for days due to the rush of customer issues resulting from the freezing temps outside. Wayne was super accommodating. He saw that my family and cat were freezing and he offered to fit us into his schedule the next day. He was able to get the new furnace and AC system the same day we called and he made the extra effort to ensure he was able to get everything in time to provide us with heat as soon as possible. On the day of installation, Wayne and his team were efficient and left our place spotless. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. I really appreciate that Wayne addressed our concerns without upselling us on things we didn't need. Wayne actually cares about his customers and it shows. I'll definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for HVAC maintenance or repair.
