I had Dave come out to look at my broken water heater and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. Dave, was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with the unit. Instead of trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, he gave straightforward advice and focused on the best solution for the situation.

It’s rare these days to find someone who values honesty and customer service the way he did. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that actually looks out for the customer and knows their craft, I highly recommend them—especially Dave

Dave and Anthony saved the day once again, this time with a broken baseboard pipe AND an incorrectly installed circulator pump on my boiler. He is honest, diligent, skillful, cost-conscious and kind. I cannot recommend him or Anthony highly enough. I’d give 10 stars if possible. These guys restored my faith in humanity and integrity in business, along with quickly restoring my running water and heat in freezing weather! A++++++++++

We were extremely impressed with Overall Plumbing!!! We had quite the dilemma when we heard the sounds of running water coming from our basement. Upon calling Dave & explaining the situation along with sending him a picture, he was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. A broken water main line outside our home. He promptly gave us directions to have the water shut off to avoid flooding the basement. Then got right on the task of getting us an excellent excavator who he coordinated with to get the pipe replaced & water service back in our home as quickly as possible. All this at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Dave & his crew. He is very knowledgeable & professional, not to mention also being very personable!!!! He definitely went above & beyond and for that we are so very appreciative! Thank you Dave!!

Despite the failure in communication from dispatch and not informing me of any complications on their end, the tech who did arrive and assisted with my requirements was very thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend Louie Tobi for his professionalism and capabilities.

I am so lucky to have Dave and Overall Plumbing in my area. Dave is very professional, stands by his work, and gives a fair price. He is trust worthy, cost conscious and does not make suggestions for unnecessary repairs. He has installed a whole house filter, a water softener, and a reverse osmosis water filter in my house. He even came and checked my entire house when I suspected mold from a possible leak (not from his work, but from the floor above). If you are looking to hire a plumber, I would not hesitate to choose Overall Plumbing and Heating.
