We had some wiring go out in the shed, so we lost power. We called them up, and they came over, tracked down the problem, and got it fixed pretty fast. Back to work now, and everything's running smoothly.

Just had to get electrocuted. I turned on the lights in my shed. A wire was missing on one of the screws. So I took off the entire wiring(w/light switches and outlets) and then installed a new one.

Absolutely the worst service. If I can give them 0 stars I would. Had to take a day off of work to schedule a time slot from 9-12am. Kept calling after 12 and no one was even scheduled to come out. The workers on the phone kept saying they were going to call the manager and never even got back to me. They also make you pay before they even come out. So you will pay for a time slot and not even guarantee it. Complete scam.
