Sam very responsive and courteous. He is a rarity in this day and age. Knew exactly what was wrong with my dishwasher and fixed in the time frame he said. Reasonably priced and he comes to your house when he says he will!

After struggling to remove a top sheet from my top loading washing machine’s agitator, I called DAS and they were able to squeeze me in the this morning. After about 45 minutes the problem was solved. THANK YOU! We truly appreciate it!

Sam has serviced many of my appliances, and is my first call when anything happens. I am impressed with his down to earth approach and no pressure advice. I can't recall a time when he wasn't able to come for service the same day that I called, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by how low the cost is. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs repairs.

Great! The office person is a pleasure to talk to and Sam is punctual and professional. He came to the house and troubleshooted the fridge. A few days latter, once he got the part, he came back and installed it and all is well! His pricing was very good and it was nice not to have to pay for a new refrigerator. Sam is very straightforward, easy to work with and skilled. Two thumbs up!!

Called and explained my problem with my dryer not heating. Sam gave me a time he would show up, called while he was on his way and was very punctual. Diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, gave me the price before installing. Very reasonable, less than others charge for just coming to your house. Dryer fixed and running. I hope I don’t have to call him again in the near future but would if I need an appliance repaired.

I highly recommend Sam at DAS. He was professional, punctual, and honest. Sam was able to troubleshoot and fix my refrigerator quickly, and charged me minimally. I was so relieved I did not have to purchase a brand new fridge. I will definitely be a repeat customer if any of my other appliances have issues.

My dryer was broken, was recommended D.A.S through a local Facebook group. Made appointment with Victoria and her husband Sam was right on time. Sam diagnosed the problem in a matter of seconds, he had the part on truck and had dryer up and running in no time. Overall I find it a breath of fresh air to deal with a true mom and pop local company. I felt like I was more than a number. Service was preformed as promised, when promised and at a fair rate. I recommend D.A.S. Note they only take cash or check as payment no cards of any kind.

D.A.S saves the day again. 12 year old GE dryer repaired … should give me little longer of drying life !

I called at 4:30 yesterday , he called back at 6:30 , was here at 10:30 am next day.
Ps he will tell you if you should chuck it and buy new !

I hate giving bad reviews.
Some just need to be done.
BAD experience.
If this guy is in a bad mood because of the weather, he will give you attitude and say he can't do a simple job.
I like to support small businesses and took a day off work to meet with him.
He was here less than 5 min and simply said "nah I can't do that."
Seemed to me he was not interested in working.
Under $50.00 in parts and 45 min. to fix myself.
Very Grumpy.

Sam repaired our refrigerator, what an ordeal! I wouldn't recommend him for appliance repair - he seemed confused and had to come back twice to get the repair done right. As we were in the process of a house sale we felt we had to move forward quickly but if I'd had more time I would have looked around more. Our realtor actually had to go to Home Depot to buy a pipe for him to finally get our fridge's ice maker to work properly. Geez!
