All reviews for Sodano Contracting

The Sodano team did a full overhaul of our Master Bathroom.

This included: demolition, structural reinforcement, plumbing, electric, installation of new tub/fixtures/vanity/floor & wall tile, relocating & installing a new window, replacing a skylight & closing off another, the corresponding roof work, and handling the recommendations for sub-contracting out for additional needs like paint, quartz, and glass.

The team was extremely reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable. They were also great about addressing and correcting issues from previous work that was done incorrectly.

I highly recommend them to anybody who needs work done. We will definitely be using them again!

Sodano did my addition and kitchen. The work was great, team was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend!

Great great people and great service

Not the least expensive or the most expensive but the quality of the work is great. Just have to be patient as the wait can be up to one year but worth it.

Bathroom remodel. Great work and polite and responsive people. Can’t say enough good things about Al Sodano

We had the update all three bathrooms in our house and they did a great job.

Al and his staff are amazing. We have had them work on major projects at our house for the past 10 years. Highly recommend them.

Very professional and experienced crew. Did an outstanding job. Started and completed The Project on time as promised. The site was left clean and spotless. I would Highly Recommend.

Great company and even better great people! Their workmanship is top notch and have a "no problem" attitude! If you doing a big or small renovation, Sodano is your contractor!

We recommend Sodano Contracting if you want the job done right ! The entire crew does quality workmanship right down to the smallest detail ! They listen to all you concerns and are very professional !

My husband and I highly recommend Sodano’s. They recently did our windows, siding, and roof. Al and his team are extremely talented and professional. Everything came out better than anticipated! Highly recommend Sodano’s.

Our roof was damaged by a recent storm causing leakage into our house. Being quite distressed, we called Sodano Construction, since we had used them previously for our siding which was done very professionally. Al came promptly, gave us an estimate to replace the roof shingles in a timely manner and was able to schedule the work quite appropriately. Jen, his office assistant kept us up-to-dare as to when the work will be scheduled and was helpful in answering any questions we had. The workers were extremely competent, capable and very responsible. During the project it began to downpour, the workers were prepared with tarps and continued working after the rain stopped. we were impressed with their conscientiousness. Al monitored progress throughout the project. we wholeheartedly recommend SODANO CONSTRUCTION.

Redo on our master bathroom, came out beautiful. They were professional and very helpful with suggestions. Also clean. I would definitely recommend!

We used Sodano to install new windows in our home this week. The team did a very solid job and did not leave a mess when they were done. They were also very quick to respond to phone calls and follow ups. We plan on using them again for future projects.

Al Sodano and his crew run a great operation! They were very personable and even humorous with me and my brother with a disability. We spent a lot of time with Jamie, Alberto, and Alex in our home and they all were very pleasant to deal with. I would 100% recommend Al and his crew for any of your home-remodeling needs.

Al is the best. We've know him and worked with him for well over a decade now. TOP quality work (my office's bathroom he renovated looks better than many master bathrooms I've seen!). Very responsive too. If we ever have an issue, we call Karen and Al rushes to the scene to correct the matter.

Stand up guy, very accommodating, reliable team, great contractor and businessman, along with a solid crew. Looking forward to using Sodano's team to help me renovate a fixer-upper within the next year or two.

Sodano was amazing to work with every step of the way. The quality of their work including cleaning up every evening so my family could still live in our home during the remodel was excellent. They did a full gut remodel with removal of load-bearing walls in under 6 weeks. I would highly recommend Sodano and can’t wait to work with them again!

We used Sodano to remodel a bathroom about 2 years ago and were so happy with our experience that we used them again to build our deck. We got several quotes before starting the projects and we feel the pricing was very fair. They’re always friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Most importantly, the work was beautifully done and we’re so happy with the end result!

We couldn't be happier. A few years back Al and his team replaced the roof and siding on our house and were so professional and easy to work with, that when we decided to sell that house (steps were too difficult as we got older) and after looking at all the alternatives, decided to build an addition on our daughters house and make it into a "mother daughter house"

Even thru some of the challenges needing a zoning variance, taking down of a monster tree and the demolition and construction Al was always there with us guiding us on the hundreds of decisions we had to make.

Al recommended PJR as the architect and we worked with paul for about 6 weeks on the design for the addition, and the changes that would have to be made to the existing house.

So some summary details: zoning, design, tree removal, new roof, gutters and leaders on the existing house, digging the foundation, framing thru plumbing, electricity, flooring, tiling, walls, mouldings, HVAC, solar electric and more.

Al and the special contractors that work with him were always on time with what they had to do, even at crunch time when had sold our old house and had a move in date, it was done.

When I say done, that doesn't provide enough of an answer. The quality of the work was spectacular. Nothing was missed and if something was just a bit off it was redone without question.

My wife and I are just so happy with the addition and now living with our daughter just a call away, I simply have to say thank you to Al, his kids, Jenn, all his people and contractors for a "job well done".

Sodano's Contracting reviews are top notch, we we pleased to add our 5 star review to the many others.

Marlene & Marty - September 2024

We just finished a two-room addition project with Sodano Contracting and we are very, very happy! The work was excellent with close attention to detail and the crew was always professional. It was done in a timely fashion, the price was fair, they left no messes and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly in a "no problem" fashion. Al Sodano, the owner, was very often present and always immediately available. Karen in the office was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend Sodano Contracting to anyone in need of a contractor!

Al and his team did a great job completely renovating the outside of our house. He made sure everything was perfect. The crew showed up everyday and got the job done timely. They also made sure to clean up each day. Would definitely use them again for future projects and recommend to others.
