Very nice experience as a first time customer. They reminded me a day early and we’re at my home exactly the time of appointment. The gentleman was very polite and did a great job at containing all debris within the area. I highly recommend this company.

Knowledgeable and friendly, he showed up on time and went straight to work. He is happy to answer any questions you may have and was very thorough in his work. He is very clean in his work and cleans up after himself upon completion. His prices are more than fair and I will continue to use him for all my needs in the future and would recommend him to anyone who needs a chimney sweep.

I booked my appointment because my fireplace had only been used about 3 times in the last 17 years. Not wanting to get stuck with no heat like last year when the grid failed I wanted to be prepared this year. Susan the lady I talked to was professional and kind. She explained a lot of stuff to me and told me what he would be doing to the chimney. Susan called the day before to remind me of my appointment.. He showed up right when the appointment was scheduled and was very professional. He took very good care of us and I would highly recommend Sugarbears. I will be calling them in the future.

The first time I ever contacted this business. The receptionist answered the phone this morning and was so nasty and unprofessional to me. I will never do business with this company or recommend them. She asked me where I lived and I was not going to tell her. They should just have a flat fee to come out and inspect our chimney.

Horrible experience. Scheduled an appointment for an exact day, weeks ago. The receptionist was rude-ish upon the initial scheduling, but we went with it anyway. She sends one text to my husband's cell phone the day prior saying that if he wants to keep the appointment, he has to text her back or they will move on to the next person. No phone call. A single text message. Husband was recovering from surgery that day. He sees it on the day of the appointment and calls the office. Receptionist raises her voice and says, "You should have called back". My husband explains that he is 66 and not attached to his phone. He's retired and he scheduled the appointment for a certain day and told them he would be here. Receptionist goes, "Well it's not my job to Hold your Hand. It's not my problem.". Wow! If we didn't want the appointment, we wouldn't have scheduled it or we would have called to cancel. Moving on to the next company. Terrible customer service!
