Jon did a fantastic job fixing both of my AC units today. He was friendly and courteous throughout the service call. Jon worked tirelessly and with a positive outlook to fix all the issues, despite it taking an entire day to finish repairs. He was very efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problems. The units are working perfectly now. Jon's customer service is excellent, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of AC repair. Five stars.

Dave just replaced my Heat Exchanger. He was awesome. Dave explained why my heat exchanger was making my smoke alarm go off. Someone accidentally left a tube or caulk in it. While he was fixing my system he noticed the condensate hose wasn't hooked up to my furnace. It could flood my basement if this hose clogged. He had it wired in and did not add any extra to the quoted price.

The communication with office staff was fantastic. The heat transferr took around two months to arrive from the manufacturer.

They continue to deliver top-notch service on time. I use them to maintain 2 commercial Bldgs on an annual basis. Recently, they were out to fix a problem. Highly recommended.
