J&J responded to my message on Sunday night and called me first thing Monday morning. They had someone out by 9:00 AM. Stephen was very helpful and professional. And I have hot water again!

Very responsive and polite. They addressed the issue quickly and were very professional.

Initial HVAC proposal was exactly what I asked for. No hard up selling. Installers did a great job. Good value. Some nice bonuses such as loaner window ACs, WiFi thermostat, surge protector, automatic shutoff switch in drip pan, outdoor pad.

Excellent service on complete furnace and air conditioner installs! Complete professionals, from owners through the installers. The install was performed with craftsmanship not skipping on the details. Just a great team providing great service!

J&J Mechanical has been looking after our HPA system for about 6 or 7 years and we're very happy with the service and the pricing. we had a capacitor fail on our AC unit . they were able to fit us into their schedule a few days after the failure. The service is prompt and the technician was friendly. I would recommend for anyone meeting HVAC repairs or replacement.

We had J&J replace our entire furnace and AC system. From beginning to end, every person I contacted was extremely kind and helpful. Any questions I had or concerns, they answered with no problem and made me and my husband feel confident about our very expensive decision. The guys who installed the system were very prompt, laid out tarps on the walkway they’d be using inside the house to ensure no damage would be done. We could not recommend these guys enough and I am so happy we found them! I would use them 10x over !

Our technician was Brian. He arrived on time, was pleasant and polite, and explained his process before starting. He worked diligently and quickly to provide routine service to our equipment. At the end of the service he explained everything that was completed and the results. He even provided additional advice to keep our system running efficiently. We have had nothing short of excellent service since starting with J&J Mechanical. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Take a look around and you will see their name everywhere. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. John was out quickly to get an estimate together and was able to work with my schedule. In the following days the estimate was sent quickly with multiple options. Chrissy was great to deal with on the phone in getting the job squared away. It could have been a day and a half but Hunter and Shane worked professionally and efficiently. At the end of the day we had cool air coming out of our vents well before the dog days of summer could get here. Will be reaching out to them for further projects and will always recommend them to any one who asks. Thank you for making this process seamless!

Update 6/13 - our compressor stopped kicking on and we were left with no cold air. Within 24 hours of the issue John showed up at my door for the repair. Even though it was a switch that shouldn't go on a unit only a year old, he had the part on the truck and fixed it in minutes. Showed that no matter how unlikely the problem, they are still prepared to handle it. Couldn't be happier with J&J Mechanical. You guys are the best!

J&J were really wonderful through the whole process of our HVAC overall. From coming out to discuss our needs to finishing the job. They are helpful, kind, polite, punctual and knowledgeable. They do impeccable work and take time out of their very busy days to answer any questions and even educate you on your system and HVAC logistics. J&J took a large, daunting project we’d been putting off for a long time and made it a pleasant one we wish we would have done sooner.

When I called to make an appointment to get an AC tuneup they were all booked. I was placed on a cancellation list. When they came out to do the regular service, the technicians noticed that something wasn’t working properly. They repaired it the same day. I was very appreciative for all of their efforts.

I had great experience with this company, even though they were ultimately unable to solve my a/c problem. Great communication via text , they listened and understood what I described. The tech came out on time was polite and listened, then got to work on diagnostics. He found the refrigerant was low. He began offering a variety of possibilities, but actually recommended I call the company that installed my a/c unit 3 years ago as the parts are likely still under warranty. He even stayed and helped me find the serial number while I was on phone with the other company. I really wanted to use J&J Mechanical and will keep them in mind for future repairs. They are professional, on time and honest.

We woke up to a heater that wasn't turning on and a house at 59 degrees...brrr. J&J promptly returned our call for service and had a tech out within and hour. He cleaned the unit and was very respectful and easy to communicate with. After about an hour and him giving the heater a good once over we were go to go. Very appreciative of his service and the company for their quick response to our needs. We highly recommend J&J Mechanical.
