This is a great company that is very experienced, quality work and affordable pricing. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs HVAC work done for the homes or businesses. Jim the owner is a great guy, fair and very knowledgeable.

If you are in need of any HVAC work, these guys are the best! Great work for great prices. They treat their customers right. I’ve used them multiple times and referred them to many friends and family , and had the same response and praise from everyone!

Jim is great. He is highly recommended. He came out pretty quickly and gave an honest quote. He helped me with financing. Very affordable. I needed a central air for a long time. Definitely recommend this company and Jim as an extra bonus. He will always be my go to guy.

Misleading, fast talking, over priced, deceiving, and rude. Also, uses a finance company that he says he use all the time, which I found out after installation, charges you 2x as much by the time you finish paying for it. He charged me over $4000 for central air unit and installation and I’ll end up paying a little over $8000. Didn’t check my vents to make sure air was flowing evenly, and kept telling me he’s coming back to fix the issue for an extra charge, but never did. I just went back to using window air conditioners because I don’t get central air in the bedrooms. And, no other central air company really wanted to service me bcus i just had unit installed March 2020. So i just use the central air downstairs when i have company. Feel like i was totally taken advantage of and i just have to accept it.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY! He's a hack. The epitome of a hack.

Stay away from this guy. Do not believe anything he says. He does not stand behind his words or commitments.

These guys are a joke, Fake storefront for a few months the it disappeared on crescent Blvd in Pennsauken , no callbacks totally unprofessional they never showed up when they said they would way to many excuses this company is full of bull!!!!

Evan came to my house to check my fan motor for replacement on my central air unit. He took it apart, and the owner Jimmy was supposed to stop by, because Evan didn't know how to do the repair. The owner Jimmy never showed, and continued to lie about fixing my unit.Gray Mechanical left a motor inside my unit that didn't fit, bolts and screws all over the place and promised to return my old equipment.This company doesn't deserve to be in business, and will be reported to the State of Pennsylvania. DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR HVAC SYSTEM, EVER.

Very unprofessional. Never came back to fix anything. Said their truck broke down on the way here. Never picked up the phone to come back when they could. Left my hot water off. Ive been without heat for two days and its winter.. with two kids.

I waited all day for an estimate. Finally the company calls and says that they are on their way. I wait again for over an hour and then I receive a text saying they’ve got an emergency call and they will not be coming out. Mind you, the tech was already on their way. An estimate only takes 15 to 20 minutes. They wasted my time and were very unprofessional with scheduling. I was a new potential customer and this is how they treated me.Avoid this company by all means.
