Excellent customer service

The service technician was aware of wearing a mask, booties and gloves and worked efficiently and cleanly. In other words, great job!

Very professional and helpful. I have been a happy customer for over a decade. Recently had a heater issue where heater was not working. They came out and addressed issue. Very pleased.

Had no heat tank was empty I called and they sent someone out to check my heater I had no oil they put some oil in to get me through the night full delivery will be today. I thank them for their quick service.

I've been a Petro client for several years and they are timely and efficient and fair. I find there technicians to be courteous and clean. No matter if it's just for a yearly checkup or a major problem.

Our AC compressor failed a few days ago and reached out to the Pennsauken office for help. Spoke with Mike Kerrigan and couldn’t have been more impressed with the Petro team. I noticed that water was dripping from above and onto the burner . I called Petro and was advised that the first available technician would be dispatched. The technician arrived in a little over an hour, advised me of the problem and immediately went to work. Upon completion he explained everything and was on his way. I have been a Petro, and their predecessors customer , since 1964 and have always been pleased with their service.

I called Petro and the sent a mechanic out within 2 hours on a sunday. Bill showed up and diagnosed my issue very quickly, Bill is nothing but a professional. Bill was also a very nice guy and very knowledgeable of my type of furnace.

On Wednesday morning we woke up to everything in the house covered in soot. After shutting off the heater, we called Petro to come check the heater. The serviceman arrived an hour before the scheduled time, and after a short time discovered that, our chimney was completely blocked. He attempted to clean it out to no avail, and helped us secure the services of a chimney service. The chimney guys were here quickly as well, and after cleaning & inspection found that our nearly 100 year old chimney needed a stainless steel liner. the work was completed within a few hours and at a very reasonable price. Petro then returned to complete the inspection and check the heater for safety. Amazing service technicians all around!

The experience was quick and fast and I didn't have to wait long.. I called in because my heater wasn't working... They said the time frame was from 12 to 2pm ..it was cold he vxx was at my door by 11:45 and fixed the problem fast and efficient... I been with Petro for many years. They are like family..
