Kenny was excellent! He responded very quickly and performed the necessary repair efficiently. Communication regarding the repair was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I have a geothermal cooling system and after many other people looked at it and couldn't diagnose the problem, Russell figured it out. He was thoughtful in his approach to assess the problem and identified a way to fix it. He was great!

Jake was very thorough and efficient. We got some wrong parts from Home Depot but they quickly resolved the problem for us.

I own a business that constantly requires plumbing work. Russell is meticulous, incredibly knowledgeable (beyond a typical plumber) and very reasonable. Their instinct it to fix the issue, not just replace and make a few extra bucks. Falls into the category of contractors you don’t let go of.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are. We tend to have plumbing issues at the most inopportune times- Memorial Day weekend, Christmas Eve, Friday night at 8pm- and these guys always come to the rescue and are nothing but positive and helpful. Was just looking up their number to give to a coworker and saw someone left a bogus 1 star review with nothing to substantiate it. Larry and Russell are 5 stars all the way.

I needed a Water Softner repaired and it turned out a new one was needed. The price was very fair. What actually speaks highly about Hart is the service tech who came. He was very thorough explaining the problem and after installed everything was cleaned up.

Russell replaced my well pump when it burnt out on a weekend. Prompt and knowledgeable service and equally as important, a good guy. He also gave me very reasonable quotes to get some other work I need done after he was finished. 10/10 will use them again.
