My husband and I came from Staten Island to meet with Holly Lane in order to select the fixtures we needed for 2 bathroom renovations. Holly did an excellent job understanding our need and showing and explaining the products to us. After our 1hr session we were able to purchase what we needed and she also suggested into researching our lighting needs. She was very accommodating, knew the products and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you for a great experience.

Love the Piscataway GPS. Staff are all terrific, so knowledgeable and helpful. Mary Beth has helped me with 2 kitchens, and 4 baths, and its always a pleasure to work with her. No need to go anywhere else for your kitchen and bath fixtures.

Scott at GPS was wonderful ! He did a magnificent job helping me pick out and design my kitchen cabinets. He designed a beautiful layout and took his time to go over various options and design ideas with me and was very knowledgeable. He pays attention to detail and is extremely good at what he does.

Excellent experience. Worked with Scott to finalize our 2 bathroom renovations. He knew the stuff to pay attention to and helped make the decisions so that it would fit right in our bathrooms. He also knew what makers made what and where to find it to get the items we would need. The area was super spacious and clean. I'm very happy with the assistance and knowledge of the products and installation of them as well. He also noted that he had personal experience with those items over a long period of time.

Thanks to Marybeth and Brittany last Saturday. I was shocked to have Marybeth recognize recognize me and that although she was busy with a customer at the time, she had previously written up an order for me that Brittany walked me through and got me out of the store with. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, efficiency and quality of GPS.

Always, always a pleasure working with Scott. The service is beyond what I expected. My job is complicated and his record keeping is excellent and keeps me sane. GPS inventory is also very good and keeps my job moving.

Holly was wonderful to work with. We went over our order for our new cast iron clawfoot tub. I have to show to my installer, then I can order. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

I am redoing two bathrooms in my home and my contractor recommended I go to General Plumbing Supply. First, let me say the showroom is really nice, not what I was expecting from the name, and I can’t imagine that they don’t have everything you can possibly need. I was fortunate enough to work with David Spritzer. He was just so nice and truly helpful. He was patient and assisted me every step of the way. I explained what I wanted and he worked with me to ensure that I was leaving with everything I needed. He reviewed and explained my order with me. He took his time and didn’t rush and I absolutely appreciated that as I went in not sure of some things. Dave set up an account for me so now I can call and he’ll know what I need. So a big shout out to David and General Plumbing Supply. I would totally recommend this business.

Came here in the summer of 2023 because I was remodeling a bathroom and I was lost. Dave found me and I'm glad he did. He worked with me through several color and design iterations I had. His advice on the shipping times of some parts and the supply chain constraints was really helpful in setting my expectations and my contractors expectations. I'm happy with my experience and will visit GPS for my next remodel.

Doing a major bathroom remodel, we met with designer Luann. She spent quite a bit of time with my wife and me, explaining styles, how things might fit into the space, and various style/decorating options. She was extremely helpful! I might add that everyone we met in the showroom was very friendly, and accommodating.

Went in for a kitchen design consultation and Scott in the Piscataway showroom was amazing! He listened carefully for our wants and needs and came back with the perfect design for our challenging space. He spent a lot of time with us going over every little detail and once we settled in on the design, he had every cabinet on hand in the show room so we could see exactly what we were getting. Their rendering software really helped us visualize the space and Scott took the time to explain why things were laid out the way they were which helped us make our decisions with total confidence. What a great experience!
