Sean was great. Showed up within 12 hours of call and promptly diagnosed and fixed problem. Will use again.

Excellent and timely service call. Tech came right in and fixed my warm fridge in about 20 minutes. Price was steep but compared to purchasing another $2000 unit, it was a bargain.

I called the company for a potential dryer issue. My dryer was fine but Sean (my AESOME service guy) suggested we look at the vent .To be clear, TJ appliances made no $$ off the vent clearing since it's a different company. I called TJ appliances again for a different tissue and Sean was back. He quickly diagnosed and resolved.
Seriously , this company is the most honest company. I would not hesitate to call them for any issues

Such a fast response - I called end of day Tuesday and Sean was in my house by lunch Weds. The whole team was so kind and positive. Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and did not make me feel silly for asking a million questions. Service cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend - saving their card on my fridge in case anything else breaks!

I just had TJ's appliance in to fix my Samsung refrigerator which had the arm flap seal cracked. They came and cofirmed the part needed , ordered it and got it in a week. With in a week they quickly installed it. I can't recoomend them enough. This is the second time they have come to the rescue with this fridge.

Called in the morning and by 3:30pm Sean was here fixing my dryer. Prompt and very professional.

TJ’s Appliance went above and beyond to get my refrigerator back up and running. They tracked down a hard to find part and made sure everything was fixed before noon just like they said they would.
