Amazing customer service!

Friendly full service for bathroom and kitchen remodeling

Very helpful staff who helped us figure out exactly what we needed for our bathroom remodel.

Madeleine Buarne helped me pick out the sink, accessories, and faucet that look perfect in our new kitchen!! We will go back to Kitchen & Bathworks again!

I had an excellent shopping experience for my kitchen faucet with Madeleine B. She truly wants customers to be happy with their purchasing decisions.

Madeline helped my wife and I pick plumbing fixtures for my new house. She is fantastic, she helped us save money with out sacrificing quality. I will go back here every time I need something plumbing related.

A nice selection but over priced. Friendly staff.

Non-responsive. We got glimpses of it while picking everything out for our home renovation, but our builder worked with/recommended them, so we pushed forward. We ended up spending $17,000 here for our renovation. Every interaction, they've been extremely slow to respond. There's now a crack in our soaking tub that we purchased from them. I called them in January and was told to email them photos. Four emails and two months later, I STILL haven't heard back from them.

They fail to tell you if items are back ordered with no delivery date. 5 weeks and still waiting in order to use our shower. Terrible follow up and customer service

My mother and children walked in here one afternoon and not one person greeted us, nor offered to help us after walking around the store for about 15 mins. Clearly these people have a problem with the color of our skin

Second time walking into this store. Older woman always at the front. Whom seems to be angry…today I walked in I said hello in a great mood, snarling she gets up (no response) walks into the back and hides. Wow!!! I at least get a greet by another person who continues to keep walking. Both time’s walking in and the air of go f yourself is how this place greets customers. If you want customer service this is not the place. I gave it a second chance. Wow just wow they win the best award for ignoring your customer. Apparently they have so much business they don’t need anymore.
