Great experience. They did a seasonal service on my central AC and installed a new thermostat. Fair rates and accommodating.

Great place - super helpful, knowledgeable and responds promptly. I definitely would recommend A1 to anyone looking for a plumber around here.

Highly recommend. There’s nothing Anthony & his team can’t handle. They did a new install of a Rinnai tankless unit and Anthony was very honest with me that the unit plus the recirculating pump was a bit of a learning curve for him. But he attacked it head on and figured it out. Super clean install. I can’t say enough good things. I would most definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I had a water main break underground in my yard, and they came out the same day I called to quote. Dug out a 6'x20' trench the next day, fixed the pipe and filled it back in, even though it was only 3' from a 50' tree. They were easy to deal with, courteous and great service, my water was only shut off for less than 8 hours for this major repair.
Compare that to the 7 days I spent with 6 other aloof businesses while my yard slowly became a pond and the town was ready to shut me off.
Would definitely recommend.

A1 Plumbing and Heating has been our go to plumbers for about five years now. We have had them to our home many times to work on small to major plumbing projects as well our HVAC needs most recently this past year. They are very responsive/prompt, reliable, efficient, honest/will not up sell you, men are courteous and will explain each step giving options if available, professional and very reasonably priced. They even have helped us over the phone a few times so we avoided a service call all together. All of our inspections have gone smoothly and we have not had to have them back to redo a job. I have referred them to many friends and others who all have thanked me as other companies they have tried were less than honest or couldn’t find the source of the problem. The A1 men will find the issue and quickly. They are great at diagnosing issues at hand and repairing them in a timely but efficient manner. It is good know that if we need them we can count on them.

Had two plumbing problems that needed attention and the A1team of Sergio and Alex came in to complete them. Even with an additional problem that arose they were professional and completed all in a timely fashion.
Would highly recommend these guys!

Miguel and Edwin did a great job fixing the gas leak in my house. They were through and detail oriented to find the root cause of the problem and fixed it. I appreciate their diligence and hard work. They showed that they care. Thank you Miguel and Edwin!

I was very impressed with A1 Plumbing. The team of Miguel and Kevin did a fantastic job. They did several repairs efficiently and at a reasonable cost. They were very efficient and made sure I was happy with their work! The left my home spotless as well. I highly recommend this company!

I am puzzled by my experience, the cost was quite heavy, more than I expected for the job. They didn't inform me the cost before the job started, which legally is not ok either, when I ask for a break in the price, the conversation got a bit heated, since I would not go to the legal route I decide to pay, be aware, ask for price first, insist in a set value before the job start, about the work I can't say much because they just fixed. I think will work, but the value experience overall is poor.

Sharing this review from my extremely frustrating experience with this company. Our gas fireplace stopped working and so we reached out to this company as it was recommended to us by the association in which oversees the complex. To summarize…. After several “mechanics” were sent after days and weeks it seemed, being told it was one thing that was wrong and another thing that was wrong, etc. We were told that it was the module which needed to be replaced. Great I thought… so we paid over 500 dollars. Long story short module was put in, with much bewilderment in the faces of each worker that came and went… and it finally worked! For a hot second…. As soon as they all left, guess what?… never turned on again. We reached out during this whole charade to the office and would just be told that “someone” else would come to “fix” the problem. After going through this over and over again, I finally asked them to stop out of the frustration and placed a stop payment of which I explained. Since they clearly had no clue how to “repair” the fireplace. I could only imagine if it was a bigger issue like a boiler… I’d be found frozen as an archeological dig. I reached out to the association, who told me they would gladly reach out to help resolve this issue. I received one call from “owner” who said he would come out personally to check…. Shockingly… no one ever came. Months have gone by, and we have still been charged, and no fireplace working whatsoever. My wife called yet again, and was told we “refused” service and that is why we were charged regardless if work was done.
I will offer to take down this review and others that will follow, if this company would do the right thing by us and I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who have been treated this badly. I myself and wife work in the hospitality industry and would share this with a wide array of people as how not to treat a customer, including but not limited to everyone at the complex where we reside.
