Severino Construction, going on its third generation. I personally have known the owners for over 50 years. Quality, reliable and professional masonry work spanning those 50 plus years on three different homes for myself and my family. Would not recommend anyone else. Contracts, permits, following up with customer, never a detail missed, and they proudly stand behind their work!

Severino Construction replaced my front steps, walkway, and retaining wall on 6/17/2025. Severino’s estimate was in line with four other estimates I received from contractors. What separated Severino Construction from the other contractors was that Angelo pointed out to me that my front door stepdown was a half foot longer than standard. No other contractor mentioned the stepdown to me. Severino Construction completed the project on schedule and as promised.

We had such a great experience working with Severino Construction! They handled several projects for us…..including new concrete sidewalks, paver walkways, paver driveway, and a beautiful outdoor kitchen. They also took care of some outdoor waterproofing and other masonry work around our property, and everything turned out amazing.

Angelo and his team are super friendly, always showed up on time, and kept us informed every step of the way. It’s hard to find contractors who are this reliable and who truly care about the quality of their work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be calling them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

I have only high praise for the quality of work performed by Angelo Severino and his team at Severino Construction. For starters, Angelo is onsite working the entire time, so I was confident that I was getting the services of a skilled tradesman vs. an unsupervised hourly employee who may not have the same skill level or pride in his work.

I hired Severino Construction to install a new concrete sidewalk and front walkway, concrete driveway, Belgium block edging, a brick retaining wall on both sides of the driveway, and a drain at the end of the sloped driveway. When Angelo came to my property for the estimate, he told me that he also constructed the front steps and porch that I was standing on for the previous owners 10 years earlier, which was surprising good news that I had an example of his fine work. I then told him that I admired a beautifully constructed brick porch, steps and entry pillars on a home nearby on the corner of Prospect Avenue and Banta Avenue, and to my surprise, again he told me that he constructed those items as well. Angelo takes such pride in his work that he stamps his company name on every sidewalk he constructs, so you don’t have to personally ask the homeowners if he worked on it… you can see it for yourself.

Before I learned about Severino Construction through word of mouth only, since he didn’t have an online presence at the time, I had spent hours researching other contractors and reading all of their reviews. I then asked two of those contractors, who got great reviews, for a quote. The first contractor’s verbal quote was extremely high, and after I didn’t agree to hire him on the spot, he became angry for wasting his time. The second contractor, who I unfortunately signed a contract with, continually postponed the promised start date month after month. Finally, after I told the 2nd contractor that these continued delays were not acceptable, he said he could remove my sidewalk and driveway prior to an upcoming holiday weekend, but he couldn’t come back for another 7-10 days to start construction, which would have left me without use of my driveway and sidewalk, and a liability hazard in front of my house for a week or more. Thankfully, an acquaintance at the town pool told me about Severino Construction, and mentioned that he also installed many of the sidewalks around the pool area and high school grounds.

Angelo Severino does exceptional work and charges reasonable prices, which is rare these days, so I have no doubt that you will be extremely satisfied.

Severino Construction completed amazing projects at my home. I have used them to reconstuct my home entrance steps, new sidewalks, and beautiful pavers on my yard patio. Severino Construction has handled several projects for my building over the past 8 years. Some of the larger jobs have been reconstructing a staircase, and a sidewalk at my building. He had even returned to repair winter-salt damage to the sidewalks at my building. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is extremely impressive!
Angelo is always responsive- he returns phone calls promptly and completes projects within the timeframe he proposes.
