I contacted General Plumbing Supply to help locate a few parts our contractor needed. I spoke with Andrew Alvarez, who was incredibly patient as I tried to describe exactly what we were looking for. He quickly looked up the items and walked me through the options, making the process easy and stress-free. Andrew was both friendly and very helpful throughout the entire interaction.

He had one of the parts in stock and needed to order the other. I was a bit nervous because we needed it as soon as possible, but Andrew reassured me that it would arrive within two days. I called the day before picking it up, and he confirmed that it would be ready when I came in. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was there exactly as promised and it was precisely what we needed. Andrew even opened the package so we could review the item together and make sure it was correct.

General Plumbing Supply is very well stocked, as you can see from the photos, and the prices were very reasonable.

You know What, These guys at This GPS go above and beyond to help guys like me. I am a heating guy that constantly runs to them for help and for parts. They have never disappointed us nor have they ever left us hanging incredible staff incredible counter guys 10 out of 10 stars in my book.

You can go to an other larger supply house, but you're only a number. And when you have a problem with something, it's all Chiefs and no Indians. Nobody is ever at fault. The friendships you make here are for a lifetime. From the manager to the office staff to the counter guys to the drivers, the entire staff has been nothing but great. Life's about solving one problem at a time, and Jared & Frank (RIP) have always been there to help me through the process. Highly recommended.
